And so Taiyo heads to the entrance of the cave.

Taiyo: "We got to the end of the cave where a bunch of Gotsumon were climbing down with them. When they saw us they all jumped down into the water. We rescued these little ones. ...The others either drowned or the big parrot got them."

She seems quite saddened by her tale.

Renamon: "It would seem I did something to upset Taiyo. At the same time I was protecting her from those who had attacked us."

Despite this she doesn't make an effort to let go.
