Azuma: "Probably you more than the rest of us. Then the creatures. Maybe."

"Wouldn't be surprised."

Grimm shone his flashlight on it and shot it twice.

*Eve passes out drinks to Euryale and Taiyo first*

A"Thank you."

*Aroma takes another.*

L"You're welcome."

E"Thanks."

*Thiera stands up, & heads for the corner of the room.*

T"Alright. If Roatha's--you know--then his parents shouldn't remember him. I'm an emergency contact."

*She pulls out her phone & holds it up.*

L"If she's hospitalized, only a family member will be able to get information on Tirea."

*It quickly ducks behind a tree, emitting a his that Grimm can barely hear over the ringing in his ears.*

Taiyo: "Thank you."

Azuma: "And if he's not? There's still hope."

Cameron:<Well, her parents are in the hospital too. What about Monu's parents? Are they close enough?>

*Eve goes to Cameron, Noctis and Astarte next*

Astarte looked up and gratefully accepted it.

Grimm started running along the path in the other direction, his flashlight turning back to the ground to help him avoid tripping.

T"Yeah."

*She starts dialing.*

L"I don't know, is Monu related to her?"

"They should be fine for it, then," Hector said.

Grimm kept on running along the path, listening for how fast the creature was coming up behind him.

Noct put up a hand, "No thank you."

Azuma: "Then I guess we contact them or something to check up on jer."

L"Maybe. I thought it was supposed to be direct relatives, though."

T"Hello, Mrs. Arelaz? Yes, I was wondering if you knew what Roatha was up to?"

*She sighs, but is only slightly less tense.*

T"...No, nothing like that, I'm sure he just went somewhere & isn't answering his phone."

*It's just about on top of him, which he can tell because he feels hot air on the back of his neck. On the other hand, he can see the road coming up through the trees.*

Cameron:<Her parents are in the hospital too, so we don't have a choice.>

*Eve shrugs and moves not to Azuma and Mimiru*

OOC: Even Thiera thinks Roatha is girly.

Sab let out a sigh of relief, "That means he is alright, right?"

Azuma: "So that means we have no clue to where he is."

Grimm continued running but aimed his pistol down and backwards so that he could fire a shot that might hit the creature in the legs.

*It did not, but the monster still seems to falter, giving Grimm time to get to the road.*

*Thiera looks down. Lilith glares at Azuma.*

T"...That picture suggests that he's at the cabin, but we wouldn't know how to find it, anyway."

Azuma: "For all we know he was at the cabin. Now? Well..."

"Do you not remember where it was?" Sab asked.

"It wasn't exactly an easy walk to the cabin," Hector said. "It was surrounded by dense forest, and I don't even remember how long it took to get from the road to the cabin."

Grimm ran to the center of the road and swivelled to take another shot at the creature, and in the same moment decide which direction to take from there.

Eve:<Nor do we remember the direction it was in.>

*Somehow it's managed to hide, presumably ducking behind the bushes. All he knows is that to his left is Germany, & France to his right. It's unclear which is farther away.*

T"I think I could figure out what road we were on if I had a map, & about where. The problem is, I have no idea how many times we got turned around between the road & the cabin."

L"So what else? You said something about a TB asylum & an orphanage?"

T"They were places where the Shadow may have been sighted, or maybe just high school kids telling ghost stories."

"What do you think we could discover from these locations, though?" Hector asked. "If the Shadow was in those places, what makes them more special than the rest of the places it has turned up in?"

Grimm turned and began running for Germany.

Azuma: "Maybe it originated from one of those places. Or has some other kind of connection to them."
