Azuma: "I figured that meant Vanessa."

"We should try to find out if Vanessa is still alive," Eduj suggested. "If she was taken she might have been erased like the others."

L"That might be difficult to do, since she's been moving around so much, but I'll put it on the agenda."

T"...The priest is gone."

E"You mean dead?"

T"More like he's unlisted."

L"So he was probably taken by the Shadow."

"He could have learned something, or just gone crusading," Eduj shrugged. "Doesn't matter now. In Vanessa's case, we could learn if she was erased the same way. Is she unlisted?"

Azuma: "Only other 'ally' is someone we really know nothing about."

E"Who else are you thinking of?"

T"I can't find anything, but we never had a lot of information on Vanessa in the 1st place."

Mimiru: "Probably the person from the forest that warded off one of the monsters."

Azuma: "Knowing someone with a monster be gone gun would be useful."

"Is there any way to find more information on that person?"

L"Oh yeah, you kept going on about some survivalist, didn't you?"

E"I think he also said that that big, white monster killed a cop."

T"And then there was that whole event with his partner that Senthose uncovered...hold on, I'll look up the story."

Meanwhile, Astarte got tired of standing up and dropped down to sit cross-legged where she stood.

Eve:<We have no way to contact the hunter. Unless they revel them self to us again...>

*She looks at Thiera*

<Are you sure there's nothing?>

T"I don't even know what I would be looking for."

*Lilith is jotting down details from Thiera's phone. Suddenly, she stops.*

L"Did you think to check the campus news?"

*Thiera looks over.*

T"No, why?"

L"Because the professor who took us into the forest in the 1st place is back."

*Eve gets out her own phone and checks the campus news*

Cameron:<Alive? Could the professor have been working with the shadow?!>

Eve:<Evidence for this?>

Cameron:<She dead and was the one taking us in the first place.>

Eve:<She could also be our ally.>

Azuma: "Or not."

*The article is a couple of days old & describes how Dr. Lara Schreiber recently emerged from the forest after several unconfirmed sightings in both France & Germany. It says that she refused to answer questions, but added that she will be returning to work, that she is letting a student of hers stay with her, & that she wants to contact the others.*

T"A student is staying with her...could it be Vanessa?"

"It sounds promising, we should contact her," Eduj said. "Ally or not... it isn't exactly as if we can hide from the Shadow as it is."

*Eve pulls up her email, and writes one to the professor*

Dear Dr Schreiber,

This is Eve Tantus from the Black Forest excursion. I and the other members must speak with you about what happened. Could you contact me here: {Eve's cell phone number.} as this is incredibly important.

*Eve sends the email then looks at the others*

<I emailed her my phone number.>

"Good. If she doesn't respond to that we could find her on campus," Eduj suggested.

Azuma: "What do we do next?"

L"We should visit that church. We should also scan these notes so we can save them & expand on them later."

"Library then church?"

Cameron:<We should get another car or two.>

"From where?" Eduj asked.

Azuma: "Are either of those places even open currently?"

L"Classes should be starting about now. Campus should be safe. Well, safer. But it would make more sense to split up into groups."

T"I don't like that idea!"

L"We'll be fine, don't worry. We can't exactly stay together 24/7 anyway. What about that church?"

*Despite looking sick, Thiera looks back to her phone & reopens that tab.*

T"I don't know. It just has a gap, like the church was forgotten about."
