*Mad Leomon bounds over to the van, wrenching the back of it open. He then hops in & helps the Rakshashis climb aboard.*

E"Kurata also has a bunch of satellites that he uses to track us. We could destroy them."

T"But can we destroy them faster than he can put them up?"

Baihumon<We can make the attempt. I shall send word to Azulongmon to begin searching for these human contraptions. In the mean time, I need all of you to split up into groups & travel to the Dark Area, Southwest Sea, & Olympia.>

T"Um--excuse me, Mr. Tiger?"

Baihumon<Speak.>

T"Uh--okay. Well---with all due respect, how are we going to convince the Digimon to stop fighting? We're outsiders, we don't know anything about their culture."

Baihumon<I will be sending other native Digimon to attempt negotiation. You are being sent because they may need to be destroyed, so that we may replace them with some of their more agreeable subordinates.>

*Thiera stops shivering to look up in shock.*

T"What?! That's horrible!"

*Baihumon opens his mouth wide in a roar, prompting Thiera to fall back & DemiDevimon to be knocked off of the ceiling.*

Baihumon<Do you think I enjoy it!? I must ensure the survival of the Digimon race as a whole!>

*Lunamon's ears twitch, then she dashes forward*

With great difficulty, they try to cross to the other sider, Renamon straining to keep Taiyo above the water.

*He & his wife take the glasses & equipment from the KO'd Hypnos agent. The Aquas cast a resentful look at the Leomon before they get in the back of the van.**

IL<If you think you can make it.>

*So they're driving for a while, when they run into a blockade of Hypnos Agents.*

Mr. Psyche<Uh-oh. What do we do now?>

Mrs. Psyche<Hold on--what are they doing?>

*She points to the blockade, where all of the agents are now getting out of their vehicles & waving white flags.*

Cameron:<Excellent, thank you my Lord!>

Renamon: "We can try if proves to be hostile."

*A bigass Whamon rises out of the water.*

IL<Basically. And they're not firing on it.>

*Mr. Psyche turns on the radio.*

Man<Is anyone there? If you can hear me, we're back to working for Mr. Yamaki. We've heard of your mission & came to escort you.>

*They prove hostile. The Divermon form a tight circle around them, pointing at them with their spears. They leave only enough room for the trio of Pukumon to squeeze through & start blasting them with needles.*

They Biomerge and Sakuyamon takes to the skies, directing fox spirits at the Pukumon.

*Cameron quivers*

*So he opens the doors & helps Mr. & Mrs. Rakshashi down.*

*Sakuyamon immediately notices that her movements are more sluggish & she feels heavier, barely flying 10 feet off of the water. The Firemon is able to destroy a Pukumon, but the ones that weren't hit directly split up & continue firing on her with needles. Also, the Divermon descend on the rockboat & begin dismantling it, chipping away at the stone & ripping out the gears & axles.*

*They all get out I guess*

*As they're walking out of the cave, Whamon sticks his head out of the goddamn sky, rolling his tongue out like a red carpet. They can also see the outlines of other Whamon swimming above, & orange-red explosions twinkling in the water.*

E"I see what you mean. If we don't do something about Kurata soon, he'll destroy this place."

D<So let's just kick their asses. There are only 2 swimming BioHybrids, right? MetalSeadramon & Leviamon? Should be easy enough to destroy.>

Ts"Yeah, and how many of US can swim, genius?"

D<Flying is better than swimming anyway.>

*DemiDevimon & Gomamon stick their tongues out at each other. Agumon had reverted to Koromon at some point, & is now in Euryale's arms.*

*Be easier if I knew which direction they were fleeing in. Either way, the Divermon toss their harpoons, seaweed ropes on the end, aiming to spear Sakuyamon & drag her into the water. The Pukumon zig-zag, reloading their spines before continuing to blast at her.*

*Alongside the Whamon rise a pair of Seadramon with Crabmon on their heads. A MarineAngemon also zips out to circle them, chirping excitedly. A nondescript agent approaches, his hands in the air.*

IL<How did you find out about our evacuation plan?>

Agent<Mr. Yamaki deduced that it would be your next step.>

IL<But then Kurata-->

Agent<Will send more after Agents us after he realizes he's been tricked. No, on second thought, probably his mercenaries. We should move quickly.>

*Mrs Sorenson holds out her hand to the MarineAngemon*

Sakuyamon evades and tries to fly higher.

*Difficult to evade attacks coming from all around. Some of the spears get her & the Divermon begin pulling. The Pukumon swim closer to Sakuyamon, on either side, blowing toxic green globs onto their fists before leaping at her & punching.*

*They start climbing Whamon's tongue. It's squishy & slippery, as ever, so Regulumon helps keep them upright.*

D<I can freely evade in the sky. They have to come near the surface to have any chance of hitting me, making them vulnerable.>

E"Then that's how we'll have to handle this. Force them to the surface where they can be vulnerable to the rest of us."

Ts"I'd still like it if I weren't alone in the water."

E"You'll have the Whamon, Baihumon, & Regulumon. You should be fine."

Mr. Rakshashi<Wait, do you have any defense against a mercenary attack?>

Agent<Not much. So let's just get going, quickly.>

IL<Not to worry. You'll be safe inside of the Whamon's mouth.>

*Everyone stares at him in horror & revulsion. He shrugs.*

IL<Again, not to worry. He won't swallow & you'll have plenty of air.>

*So the Whamon swims up to the dock, opening its mouth wide & rolling out its tongue like a red carpet.*

Agent<There's just 1 other thing. We detected a D-Power signal that isn't with the others. Do you know what that's about?>

IL<Taiyo went missing. Looks like you found her. Any chance you can lead her back to her friends before Kurata gets to her?>

Agent<We can try, but not before Kurata. If we picked it up, then I'm sure he knew first.>

*Meanwhile, the other agents begin pulling gear out of their vans & taking them up loading ramps to nearby sailing ships, black of course. Some agents also start untying matching speed boats from the docks.*

Azuma: "And what do we do when someone remembers MetalSeadramon can fly?"

Sakuyamon blocks with their staff and engulfs the Pukumon in fire of the magic variety.

Loren: "You found Taiyo? Is she all right?"

Cameron:<It'll be easier to hit him if he does.>

*She pats it on the head, cooing like you would with a baby*

Mr Kornel:<So it's like in Pinocchio.>

*Since they're jumping from 2 sides, she's punched in the back. There is a great deal of pain spreading from the wound site, & she drops even lower in the sky. She also notices her staff start to get fuzzy, like static. On the positive side, she's destroyed a Pukumon & broke all of the ropes that were keeping her down.*

Agent<I'm afraid it's too early to say, but we'll do everything we can to help her.>

*IceLeomon's ears perk up & he raises his staff to block a bullet just before it would have struck him. He then slams it on the ground, raising an ice wall, which MadLeomon starts climbing over.*

ML<Go now!>

*MarineAngemon flies off to follow MadLeomon.*

Whamon<ROGER!>

*Regulumon growls as he braces them from falling from the blast of wind & undulation of Whamon's tongue. Whamon's jaws snap shut, leaving them in darkness, & they begin rushing upwards.*

Reg<Whamon'll get us to the surface by any means possible! Hope you kids know what you're doing when we get there!>

*I guess they get in, Mrs Sorenson sad she couldn't take the cutie along*
