Th"That makes no logical sense. You are already taking the administration of justice into your own hands by attacking random ne'er-do-wells. Leaving them lying in the streets without calling the authorities is simply leaving the task half-finished. And with all due respect, I do not believe that you have the relevant medical knowledge to accurately assess the health of a random stranger. What if you electrocuted someone with a pre-existing heart condition, for example? This could prove fatal, for the record. Then you would be guilty of 2nd degree murder."

*Eve nods and smiles, then gets up and begins to pace*

Below there isn't anything happening in that particular district. It's not hard before Thiera loses sight of the not Man of Steel, but he quickly returns damn near plowing through Thiera.

*She heads off to check out what he's talking about, but not before shooting plants designed to burrow into his skin so he can be tracked.*

The sign is just the word HERE etched into the street outside a delapidated apartment building as every other meth lab has been described as, smoke still rising from it.

Three vehicles leave in different directions, a large van, a relatively modern coup travelling faster than it ought to, and some old beater of a sedan.

"Hey, at least we know where they are now. Besides, it looks like Grapevine is descending."

*Borrowing moisture from the atmosphere, Grapevine creates a shitton of gluey seaweed, launching blobs of them at each vehicle, using her powers to steer the movements of the plants as necessary. They should weigh the cars down & stick to the road, gradually slowing them & serving as a cushion should they crash.*
