Episode Six: Absolute Territory

Azuma: "Do we have any other lead to go on?"

E"We could ask Zarek."

R"Doubtful, he's being a huge prick. Says he doesn't want to help because we're supposed to 'stand on our own.'"

*Euryale keeps walking, but looks slightly over her shoulder.*

E"What? How are we supposed to find our way around a world we know nothing about?"

R"I guess the same way we're supposed to know what to do when we encounter weird machines plugged into one of us."

E"What?"

R"Eve had a bunch of weird machines plugged into her, & I guess I was supposed to know what to do about it."

E"That's retarded. Eve, are you okay?"

Eve:<I think so.>

*Eve stretches and Terriermon hops onto her shoulder*

Assuming they went outside, the courtyard is still a disaster and the exterior of the castle remains unchanged. It's difficult to tell what point in time it is as the sky is as dark as it was when they entered the wasteland.

Patamon: "So much for it being where the sun is overhead."

E"Why don't we just keep looking for the cat? She might be able to tell us something useful."

R"Yeah, or claw our faces off, because she smells dog on one of us."

*Eve looks around, this area being new*

Cameron:<Bastemon might know something. Roatha, do you have a problem with cats?>

R"Cats are dicks."

Taiyo shows great disapproval of Roatha's remarks about cats.

The courtyard shows as much sign of anyone being present as in the castle which is to say there is no sign of anyone anywhere. Just the signs of previous battles.

Renamon: "If anyone was left in the castle we would have heard from them by now. None of the Gazimon have made appearances either."

Lunamon:<Then what happened to everyone?>

Azuma: "Zarek likely took them somewhere the same way he took us to Toy Town."

Taiyo: "So we just have a creepy message to go on?"

E"Well, this day has been disappointing all around. Nothing we can do about that."

*She claps her hands together.*

E"But, what we can do is improve on what we already have. If we take to the sky to search the area, we'll be less likely to stumble into a trap."

Lunamon:<But why would he do that and not tell us?>

Terriermon:<He's a dick.>

R"Basically."

Taiyo: "Renamon can't fly..."

E"I'm sure someone would be willing to carry us."

Biyomon:<I can carry you.>

Azuma: "Are you up for it?"

Patamon: "I suppose..."

Patamon armors up, lookin' a little worn up, but tries to shrug it off. Azuma shakes his head and Pegasusmon reverts to Patamon.

Azuma: "Later."

Salamon Digivolves then armors up, looking a lot better than Patamon then Pegasusmon.

Taiyo: "Okay."

*Biyomon digivolves to Saberdramon, who then holds out one foot to Euryale and Taiyo while Kylie, Cameron and Lunamon get on the other. Terriermon digivolves to GRapidmon, who then grabs Eve*

OOC: LEBANON! LEBANON CLIMBS ABOARD!

*Euryale puts an arm around Taiyo's waist & climbs aboard the offered leg.*

G<...Do I have to?>

"Come on, pal, it's the best way to get to wherever it is we need to go."

*So Guilmon grabs onto an individual claw, groaning & covering his eyes with his wings ears. Roatha looks down at Dorumon.*

R"I guess that means you're up."

*And so he Digivolves. Lalamon flies out of Aroma's arms.*

L<I'll try to Digivolve to Lilamon. She's the better flyer.>

*And so she tries.*

Renamon stares at the crowded leg and Guilmon's apparent wings.

Renamon: "I think it'd be best if at least one of us remains on the ground. If there is an ambush waiting for us, someone can go ahead to disrupt it."

Taiyo: "Are you sure? I'm sure it'd be okay."

Renamon: "I am certain."

Taiyo: "Okay...let's go with this then."

Renamon armors up, sporting the fall look that is Raidramon.

OOC: His ears look like wings, get off me.

*Since apparently no one wants her opinion, Euryale just shuts her mouth.*

Saberdramon:<Everyone aboard?>

*Assuming they are, he takes off. As does GRapidmon*

Nefertimon takes flight while Raidramon takes off running, going ahead of the fliers.

At one point everyone recieves a message presumably from the same sender.


Down below, Raidramon stands before a red rock, a shadow visible underneath.

Taiyo: "What is this supposed to mean?"

E"I don't know, but I don't like it. We should swoop down to take a closer look. But not too close."

Cameron:<I agree. Let's not go in it.>

*Saberdramon flies down, and begins circling the rock*
