Ren opens his eyes and gets out of bed going to the window and looking out at the city bellow. "Its going to rain again soon..."

Isaac waits atop the old abandoned building waiting for his hunter to come.

*When she finds him, he's in the waiting room, doing paperwork with a bunch of tissues crammed into the wound.*

"This is ridiculous. I was just shot!"

Mimiru:<He's an asshole.>

"They knew Thiera. Dropping her name was enough for us to get in, but not enough for us to stay. Kroshkey or Krophsky, whatever the hell is name is really doesn't like her. As in probably hates her more than the rest of us apparantly do."

And yet here he waits peacefully.

N"Really? Do you know how they're related?"

*They come to the door the music is coming from, but there are no lights from within.*

N"Great, nocturnal monsters. You'd think this thing could let me see in the dark, or something."

*He waves his gladius around, as though trying to get it to learn new powers.*

*She sits down next to him*

Allina: <Will you be all right?>

"They're part of the same secret club perhaps?"

R"Whenever I get in to see an actual doctor, yeah."

N"So it extends from Australia to Britain to Russia. The former Russian President--he resigned, by the way--and Thiera are part of it. But they don't like each other. So there's at least 2 factions in this group. And...."

*The singing suddenly stops, replaced by a low growling noise.*

"Well... You're the one with the sword. You wanna see what's behind door number one?"

Allina: <Someone better come and a treat my friend now! I can scream real loooooud!>

*She yells*

*Nero wrenches the door opwn & charges in. Azuma finds a light switch inside.*

*Roatha is eventually admitted into the emergency room.*

"Idiot."

Mimiru:<You say that now, but just you wait.>

*Azuma flicks the switch on.*

*Allina dozes off in the waiting room*

Ren gets dressed and walks out of his room. He doesn't intend to check himself out even though he does seem to be healing faster than he should be. he ends up finding Allina and sitting next to her.

Lune is sitting on top of an Atlas statue in the park looking up at the sky.

Isaac has no where to go so he plops down on the hard asphalt and sighs.

*The light illuminates Nero running around an empty space, wildly swinging the gladius & shouting like a moron. Staring at him are 3 identical women on a stage, tall with fair skin, blue-green eyes, & long, black hair. They're wearing school uniforms with overly long sleeves. They appear to be in an unused music classroom.*

*Thiera is standing in the park, wearing a coat & holding a suitcase in 1 hand & something printed on computer paper in the other. She holds the latter item up.*

T<I was wondering if you could give this to Euryale. I'd do it myself, but I'm moving back to Britain, what with Schwarz Fisch being after me, & all.>

"I bet you thought there'd be a big monster in here."

Mimiru:<I'm sure this'll be much worse.>

*Taiyo runs past them to the stage*

Taiyo:<I want a uniform like these three have!>

Allina: <Hi there.>

*She's staring at her feet, a lonely muffin sitting on the chair to her right*

Lune wind glides (thats what I'll call his flash step esq ability from now on I guess) next to her and takes the paper. "I never got to thank you properly for letting me use "your name" in my book." Lune sighs, "What's your ulterior motive in this? Reviving the gorgons, granting Roatha the ability to speak... what do you want with Avalon? Doesn't matter I suppose; you'll make your move soon enough" Lune takes a few steps away from her and vanishes with the words, "Stay safe all the same."

This game is in motion. Now its time for this knight to decide which side of the board he holds his alliance to.

"Hey" Ren says as he reaches out and gives Allina a reassuring pat on the shoulder. "I... uh... sorry for being a creepy stalker."

*One of the girls takes the fur out of Taiyo's ears & lets out a single, low note. Taiyo begins muttering "kill them" ove & over.*

N"You moron."

<That's enough.>

*The man with the trenchcoat is standing at the door.*

<The target wasn't here to begin with. And I'm not paid to tie up loose ends from other schemes. So these kids get to live...until my contract is renegotiated, at least.>

*Taiyo'd mind begins to clear up & she's no longer obsessed with cutting Nero's throat & kneeing Azuma in the balls while Mimiru watches.*

*Azuma turns to the mysterious stranger. Taiyo looks away from the stage towards him*

"Who are you?"

Taiyo:<And why is your taste in outerwear as bad as Blacky's?>

Allina: <No, sorry I called you a stalker. You're not the one who keeps showing up out of nowhere and bragging about your money like anyone cares.>

"Oh... Isaac... yeah... you know he really isn't rich right? His father was an agent for the British Intelligence agency. His father knew my father which is how Isaac and I know each other. All of his wealth is gone now." Ren sighs. "Now he's going after the person who attacked me. The boy with the eye patch..."

"What the Hell is this bullshit? We do NOT have the same taste! Look. Mine is a lot lighter, & shinier. His is bulky & dirty. And he has breast pockets! Who the Hell wears those?! And all of those buckles, what is this, a Japanese RPG?"

*The man just turns & walks away.*

<All the same, I'd be careful where I stick my nose, if I were you. The more you dig, the more likely they'll want you killed. And when that happens....>

*He whirls around, drawing a gun & pointing it at Azuma.*

<Bang.>

*Then he holsters it & continues walking from the room.*

Allina: <His father was in the BIA? Sounds like a cheap ripoff. Anyway, I don't even care right no----Wait. Eyepatch. Oh yeah, that dude was outside before. Hey, make sure Roatha stays fine, Imma see if I can track down the ice cream man's family or something, provided the police has arrived.>
