Golden Age: Revival

*Being next to the wall, Allina immediately climbs up the chain 'cause snake.*

*Roatha slashes Schwarz, but the wound just bubbles closed.*

"God damn it, we need more firepower!"

*Schwarz turns, a wing sprouting from his shoulder & smacking Roatha away, disappearing just as quickly as it formed. He walks towards Mimiru, raising the sword.*

*Soon after they get out of the cave, the earth begins to rumble & Quetzacoatl bursts from the ground, As it roars, huge wings of light spread & some of the nearby trees catch on fire.*

E"So this is how it ends, huh?"

*The panther sits on the coiled chains & roars at Quetzacoatl. Its wings droop a bit, but it roars back. At this, the panther stands up & raises the hairs on the back of its head. Quetzacoatl stares at it before slithering back into the cave.*

E"What. The. Fuck?"

"The panther just told the giant snake god to behave... I think?" Lune walks over to the panther and asks, nicely, "Can I have those chains?"

*Mimiru stands with her hands up and a spring in her step, waiting for Schwarz to make his move.*

*Taiyo pretty much hurls herself at Euryale*

Taiyo:<I'm sorry, I got jealous. I was being stupid and self-centered, can you ever forgive me>

*Allina is nowhere to be found 'cause she threw herself into a bush when the snake emerged.*

E"What are you talking about?"

*The panther growls at him, picks up the chains in its teeth, & starts walking back into the cave.*

*Before anyone knows what just happened, Schwarz is behind Mimiru, stabbing at her chest cavity.*

Lune blocks the panther's path with a wall of wind, "I'm going to have to ask again. I need those chains, give them too me, now."

"Huh?!"

*Mimiru drops to the ground and spins around with a leg out to knock Schwars off his feet.*

*Taiyo looks at Euryale confused.*

Taiyo:<You mean you don't... Never mind then.>

"As much as I want to see that guy get mauled by a panther, I'd rather not get caught in the middle of a forest fire. Which way did we come again?"

*Allina storms out of the bush holding her gem out towards the woods.*

Allina: <That way!>

"You & Roatha have been acting really weird lately."

*She begins to follow Allina when the panther drops the chains from its mouth & intones in a deep baratone voice.*

<THE GOD OF THE UNDERWORLD SHALL NOT BE IMPEDED.>

*Schwarz falls down, slithering towards the gun once he's on the ground.*

"Fair enough" Lune lowers the wind wall, "If you see a talking coyote, give it the chains when you're done with them... or it'll kill me... probably" Lune waves to the panther than briskly walks away.

Allina: <(That dude has some serious issues.)>

*She walks back the way they came.*

*Mimiru grabs Schwarz and drags him back*

"You two aren't going to make me fight him by myself, are you?"

*Taiyo follows Euryale one arm hooked around Euryale's, still holding the lance. Azuma follows them still carrying the sword.*

N"Well, you just seemed to be handling it so well."

*Nero rushes over to grab the gun, but Schwarz absorbs the sword into his skin & shoots it out of his hand at Nero as a shower of spikes.*

*They reach the path they were on before.*

"I guess the others just continued on the main path?"

"Don't take the gun. Cut his head off!"

*Mimiru digs a knee into Schwarz's back and her other knee into the ground. She pushes Schwarz's face into the ground.*

Taiyo:<I think so.>

Lune says over his shoulder, "Good, thank you for the help... I think? I wish you good fortune in your venture in raising the deity you are raising" Lune meets up with the rest of the group that had gone ahead and turns to Euryale, "We should go find the rest of the group."

"I have a bad feeling..." Isaac says.

*Allina walks off down the main path.*

*They reach the ziggurat clearing, but don't see anything besides ancient ruins.*

*She fails to accomplish this as he's on his back. Being that he's on his back, he bites her hand.*

"Something's off" Isaac sort of repeats.

*She jabs a thumb in his eye.*

Taiyo:<Did the others already leave?>

Allina: <Let's find them!>

*She starts walking around, humming, before stopping and screaming out loud.*

Allina: <EURYALE!!!!!>

*Euryale wraps her arms around Allina's head, covering her mouth.*

<(I'm right here! And did you forget the assorted maniacs after us?!)>

*She moves her hands away from Schwarz's head and puts them on his shoulders.*
