Heathen Frolic

*He sighs and turns around, running back and taking the left path.*

OOC: It isn't hard to kill at all, but just look at it! Its a giant green dick with smaller, tentacle dicks coming out of it! I would rather fight a Grand Dragon (if I have lv. 5 death) than one of those things!

Ingrid sends out another two volleys of fire spells, "Well, at least it isn't that fast... and it is even slower now due to the slow spell..." Ingrid takes a few step back every time the fiend seems to make any headway.

*Hitomi enters the chamber.*

*Valefor swoops into the cave soon, blasting the Demonolith with Sonic Wings, which causes it to stall.*

"I wish I didn't use his Overdrive on Evrae, this thing's hard to break!"

*Inside the chamber is a spider-like Fiend with its legs stabbed into the Fayth. The Pyreflies circling around it become dark in color.*

<So, you've found me. As if I'd be afraid of a White Mage!>

*Hitomi waves a hand and a lightning bolt fires at the monster.*

Ark: <You're fighting a rock? How am I supposed to hurt a rock?>

*He runs up to the monolith and attempts to Drain-slash it.*

Ingrid is momentarily shocked by Valefore, she had never seen an Aeon in person. "Wow, kind of fucking majestic... I miss my dragon..." With a shake of the head, and a few steps back, Ingrid got back into the fight. "Aaand, some more fire." She said, sending more spells at the fiend. When Ark came out of nowhere Ingrid tried to say, "Wait, Luna tried physical attacks and it didn't work out so well!" but only got to 'Luna tried' before Ark launched himself at the Demonolith.

*Predictably, he gets the same fat as Luna. Valefor slashes at the Demonolith with its talons. It starts shaking & chittering all creepy-like.*

*The spell bounces off & hits Hitomi.*

<That was close...I see I'll have to take a more direct approach....>

*The Fiend disappears into the Fayth & out of it rises Yojimbo, distorted in black & purple colors.*

Ark: <This sucks!>

*He casts Haste on Valefor and then Ingrid, stepping back.*

*Hitomi grits her teeth.*

[Damn it. I should've went with Ark. Maybe...]

*She casts Fira on Yojimbo.*

*Yojimbo's dog shows up out of nowhere, leaps on Hitomi, & starts mawling her. Yojimbo walks past them.*

*Hitomi tries to push Daigoro away, a lightning bolt crashing down on it.*

*The wall uses Stone Breath on the Duo, but it hits Valefor & does nothing. Valefor attacks once more with Sonic Wings as the Demonolith begins crawling more rapidly towards Ingrid.*

"I think it's about finished!"

*Hearing a crashing footstep behind them, they turn to notice Yojimbo, who's now drawing a trio of daggers.*

*Daigoro yelps & rushes off after its master. Hitomi is bleeding heavily from the throat, chest, & arms.*

*Hitomi casts cura on herself and sits up looking her book over.*

Ark: <...Who is that guy?>

[Wait... Dammit. Hitomi.]

*He points at Valefor and his body acquires a dim aura. He then turns to Yojimbo and waves his left hand towards it, releasing a Sonic Wings spell.*

Ingrid sighed as Ark hit the ground, "I tried to warn him." As the battle continued Ingrid thought she heard something like an animal attack going on behind her, but thought nothing of it. As haste was cast on her Ingrid felt like she was tripping balls. She felt jittery, and over caffeinated. "What is this stuff this stuff is fucking awesome why aren't we always on this stuff I feel like I could run around the world twice in a second!" She said in one breath, at the last part she got incredibly excited, "Oh man I should go and try that! I'll be back when I ran around Spira!" She turned and took a step but then turned back around, "I should kill this first then run! Run run run!" With that Ingrid shot out a few more fire spells. As those went flying off at high speed Ingrid heard something behind her. Turning she saw the Dark Aeon Yojimbo, "Is that Yojimbo? He looks meaner than I thought why does he look meaner than I thought I figured he would be happy to see us since he was stolen things that are stolen should be happy to see people that want to find him don't you think?!" She lilted, taking a deep breath when she was done. "Oh man he has knives now I really think he is mean!" Just then she saw Ark cast Stone Breath, "Hey how did you do that I think you should tell me after we fight or while we fight if you can fight and talk at the same time I'm not sure if you can if you can you should but don't get yourself hurt if you get hurt I can't heal you- Hey look a dog!"

*By now, the Demonolith is only a few feet away from Ingrid. It starts to topple over on her. Yojimbo, not even phased by the attack, hurls the knives at Ark & Luna, the latter getting stabbed in the chest & ending up in critical condition.*

*The book's cover is fine, but the pages are heavily bloodstained.*

*Hitomi's eye twitches and she snaps the book shut, gritting her teeth. Standing up she turns around and runs back down the tunnel, book under arm. In her free hand she charges a Fira. Turning into the right path she hurls the Fira at Diagoro. It seems to dissipate before a column erupts under it.*

*Ark raises his dagger just in time to deflect the dagger towards the ceiling. He smiles as Hitomi arrives.*

Ark: <You're okay!>

*He points at her with his left hand and holds his dagger out towards Yojimbo, casting Fira on it.*

Ark: <Luna's hurt, can you heal her?>

Ingrid dodges the falling Demonolith like a champ due to the Haste. "Ha! It was like it fell in slow motion did it look like that to anyone else because it looked like that to me!" Just then she saw Luna get a dagger in the chest, "Well shit." She said looking back at the downed Guado. "I'm tired of telling people I can't heal them Hitomi should get here sooner or later." As if on cue a pissed off Hitomi showed up and was instructed by Ark to heal Luna. Having nothing to add to that, Ingrid cast 2 fire spells.

*The Demonolith finally crumbles after Ark definitely does get stabbed in the crotch by Yojimbo's knife. Yojimbo draws 3 more knives as Daigoro rushes towards Hitomi again.*

Ingrid sees the knives and ducks behind the crumbled Demonolith, "Like hell I'm going to stand in the open, at least back here I have cover." With a quick peek above the cover Ingrid sends a fire spell at Daigoro, "What a mean dog, attacking people like that!"

*Hitomi waves her hand and an angled ice spike bursts from the ground in front of Diagoro's face.*

"Hey, Hitomi, I realize you're defending yourself from a rather mean dog, but if you wouldn't mind, Luna has a knife in her chest, so if at any point you want to get on top of that situation, and heal her, well, that would be appreciated." Ingrid called out, sending another fire spell at Yojimbo before ducking behind the rubble again.

*Ark runs towards Yojimbo and mugs it with a double slash.*
