"Do you have a better idea?"

"Not steal one? What are you going to do, point your "sword" at the person working the boathouse and tell them to give you a boat and hope they don't laugh you off the property with a twelve gauge?"

Allina: <We could just rent one. I mean, how expensive can it be?>

*She takes out her yellow wallet.*

N"Fine. Fucking waste money on a getaway boat. See if I care."

*The docks turn out to be just a 10-20 minute walk away.*

Allina: <But I never said I was gonna pay it all by myself! Hm. Whatever. But that weird guy that always sneaks into our classroom is gonna have to mow my lawn for a year after this. You can just walk my brother and cat.>

*She goes to whoever handles this shit and rents a boat.*

"What weird guy is she talking about? There's only three that come to mind and they're all dead."

*The boat manager informs her that she has to be at least 18, with proper identification, to rent the boat.*

"Looks like it's Nero's bad idea up next."

Mimiru:<But you're nineteen.>

"And you're eighteen, but that doesn't mean either of us are going to spend our money on a dingy old boat."

*She walks back to the group and hands Mimiru the money.*

Allina: <Did ya bring your ID?>

*Mimiru checks her pockets then duffle bag.*

Mimiru:<A passport counts, right? It's either that or a student ID card.>

*Mimiru goes up to the counter and attempts to rent a boat.*

Allina: <It should be enough, but I don't even know anymore.>

*Somehow, Allina has enough money to rent a decent-sized speed boat right up until they close in 3 hours' time, without going broke.*

"I assume one of us knows how to operate one of these, right? It'd be pretty embarrassing if we spent Blondie's money just to sit here."

*Allina doesn't, as so she just kind of sits back and whistles.*

N"Come on, how hard can it be?"

*Nero climbs into the front seat & starts fiddling with the controls.*

"You tell us. Preferablly without sinking the boat."

Allina: <I'm pretty sure there are crocodiles and piranhas in South American waters.>

"Those are in the rivers. This is an ocean. Someone work the motor. I'll steer."

"The ocean is slightly more terrifying."

*Azuma and Mimiru climb in around the back near the motor.*

Mimiru:<And where do you intend on going?>

Allina: <Oceans are worse. Wasn't there a major oil spill around here not too long ago? Poor animals.>

*Nero checks a map.*

"Hmm...we might make it as far as Venezuela, if we don't die."

"Then what? Hop on into Colombia and get into the US so long as we promise to be drug mules?"

N"I suppose we'll take a plane back home."

Stheno<Is it nice there?>

"I'm sure that'll be easy. Nothing says an easy trip through security like lugging around a couple of swords, and a spear."

Allina: <Well, we managed to bring Nero's sword. How hard can it be to take three weapons this time?>
