Golden Age: Revival

*A few hours later, Euryale & Roatha take a bus to Ayers Rock, the others having already assembled there. They walk out of the bus, Roatha hanging around in the back.*

N"Hey."

E"Hi."

R"Blah."

N"I see you've caught Taiyo's crabs."

*Allina has a silver rapier sheathed by her waist.*

Allina: <Hi everyone!>

*The three arrive via taxi, Taiyo slowly trailing behind. Azuma's grumbling something about how much the cab fair cost.*

Mimiru:<Stop whining, mutt or no treats for you.>

"If by treats you mean more unlabled, murky sink liquids then I'll continue."

*Roatha walks past Kelphy & stabs the rock with more force than is altogether necessary.*

N"Seriously, what is their problem?"

E"I'm not sure about Taiyo, but Roatha's probably mad because I just rejected him. Still having to ferry us halfway across the world probably doesn't help."

N"Ah. So, does that mean that I--"

E"No. Don't start."

Allina: <So let's get going, we have a rich lady to beat up.>

[Does that mean...?]

*Taiyo looks up towards Euryale then back down to the ground.*

[No. That's just incredibly selfish.]

*Azuma and Mimiru just stand about as if whatever's going on around them isn't happening.*

"(Today seems like a bad day for everyone.)"

Mimiru:<(Just a tad.)>

*They teleport into the exact center of Stonehenge. Some muttering indicates that the crowd dismisses the flash as heat lightning. Roatha starts walking off in a random direction.*

N"Where are you going?"

R"Gift shop."

N"You're not coming with us to London? ...No? Okay, then."

*He turns to Allina.*

N"Lead the way."

*Allina nods and checks her phone, then looks back up, noticing something in the sky.*

Allina: <Aw, crap.>

*An helicopter lands a ways ahead and she runs over to it as the door slides open to reveal a man in a butler outfit.*

Allina: <I asked for a car.>

Man: <This way we'll be there faster.>

Allina: <Guys, climb into the iron bird so we can go.>

"What is she another Millionaire?"

Mimiru:<Let's hope not.>

*The two board the helicoptor. Taiyo's last to get on.*

N"Okay. I got this. We'll shoot out her windows & fly right into her office."

"With a suggestion like that and that jacket I'd assume you're packing a sub machine gun to at least make part of that a reality."

Allina: <I'm no Aidaac. I wish I could say the same about grandpa.>

*She giggles awkwardly and just stares at Nero kind of shocked after he makes his suggestion.*

Allina: <That... sounds awesome. Wait. No, wait. That does sound awesome.>

*The butler dude is sitting in a corner hugging his knees staring at them with his eyes wide opened.*

Allina: <Do you know where Thiera's office is?>

*He nods.*

Allina: <YES!>

N"Who would have a helicopter & not put a gun on the front?"

E"Where does she live?"

N"Top floor of her company building."

E"Then why don't we just go in the front door, ask to see her, & if that fails, lie & say we have something else to do there?"

"Yeah that'll work. 'Hi, we'd like to see Thiera Psyche.' 'No.' 'Did I say Thiera Psyche? I meant...'"

Mimiru:<I actually kind of like Nero's idea.>

Allina: <Yeah, I liked the original plan.>

E"Whatever. I'm good either way."

*As they approach a tall skyscraper, they see through the window that Thiera is on the top floor, calmly sipping from a cup & watching the helicopter.*

"This is the part where something starts attacking us, isn't it?"

Mimiru:<You think she'd have an anti-aircraft battery on her front lawn?>

"No, probably a wizard or something."

Allina: <Let's just crash in before she tries anything!>

N"Do I look like I have the helicopter controls?"

Allina: <You look like you're stupid. Pilot! Into the building through the window!>

"You gave the order to have us either killed or maimed and he's the stupid one. Bravo."

*The butler dude faints with a squeal.*

Allina: <Fine then. Forget it, they prefer taking the elevator and dying.>

N"So where the Hell do we land this thing?"

"Unless Allina gave the order when no one was listening, Thiera's office."

Allina: <Thiera is rich, I bet there is a heliport on the roof. Or we could just land on the beach or on some other empty area around here.>
