*The thing screetches & slumps over.*

N"Hey, new chick finally proved useful."

E"The snake was an oroborus, & I think the worm is called a blood worm. They're both desert monsters that I recognize from home. Maybe they used to live in Australia, & they're just now reawakening?"

N"Hell, I don't know, I don't know shit about Australian mythology."

[Dry, barren, inhospitiable land. Giant worm. If I didn't know any better I'd say we were on Tatooine.]

*Azuma looks up into the sky like he's looking for a flying barge or something to be circling around before looking at the worm.*

"Is it dead?"

Allina: <I never even knew there were deserts in Greece.>

N"It got shot in the head. I'm pretty sure it's dead. Euryale, where would these monsters be coming from?"

E"They're desert monsters, so underground. Probably a cave."

Allina: <...A cave. That's great. So now we go and find the cave, I assume.>

*Ari is walking around in the lobby. He takes the elevator up to Thiera's office, asking permission to step inside as soon as the doors slide opened.*

Ari: <Hum...M-May I come in?>

Mimiru:<What about that snake? Shouldn't we take that into consideration?>

"It doesn't seem to causing any harm. And it's not like any of us had any bad experiences with snakes or anything. The worst that could happen is it upsets the ecosystem."

E"The Oroborus isn't particularly dangerous. If there's a Basilisk around here, then we should be afraid."

R"How likely is that?"

E"Was Medusa bleeding a lot when she died?"

N"...Oh shit."

"By the end of the month, one of us is going to have an incurable phobia of snakes."

Mimiru:<My money's on Allina.>

Luna kept quiet, still holding her pistol up and pointed at the worm.

Maybe they are telling the truth... I can't really deny it after this... god this is so weird!

Allina: <...I hate snakes.>

*Nero slaps Luna. At which point, he is slapped by Roatha.*

N"Ow! The Hell was that for?"

R"You slapped her!"

N"It was a regain-your-composure slap! They do it all of the time in movies!"

*He slaps Roatha back, who returns the slap yet again.*

R"In Dark Age movies, maybe!"

*They get into a nerd-slap fight until Euryale cracks their heads together.*

E"Luna, wasn't it? I think what Nero was trying to ask is if you know of any caves nearby."

Mimiru:<I wish I could crack the heads of stupid men together without anyone losing their shit.>

"You frighten me. And I kind of like it."

*Mimiru punches Azuma in the shoulder followed by a "Shut up, stupid!"*

*Allina stares at Mimiru and Azuma.*

Allina: <You guys so cuuute.>

Luna continues to watch the bunch of weirdos mess around, keeping her gun handy.

E"I know you must be distracted by your recent sex change, but about those caves...?"

"...What?" Luna finally speaks.

E"Caves. They're entrances into underground chambers. The monsters are probably coming from them. Do you know if there are caves here?"

*Her eyebrow twitches as she gets increasingly agitated.*

*Taiyo wraps her arms around Euryale's waist*

Taiyo:<It's okay. It's not her fault she's...>

"Slow?"

Mimiru:<Stupid?>

Taiyo:<Those work.>

"I wish you guys would stop being such dicks, I think it's far to be shocked after everything that has happened today" Luna spoke calmly, "And yeah, there are a few caves scattered about, mostly at Ayers Rock."
She lowered her gun but didn't take her finger from the trigger.

E"Can you take us to the closest cave? Or the most culturally significant?"

"I guess... I could get my father to take us out to one of the big cultural caves at Ayers Rock" Luna steadied her jelly legs and began walking towards the place where her father was at, "I'm not going with you guys alone, though"

E"Alright, but let me check Stheno into a hotel."

*She kneels down in front of her, hugging her.*

E"Alright...you be good now. Stay inside. Keep everything locked. Don't answer the phone or the door if you don't have to. If you need something, take this & dial "1."

*She hands Stheno the phone & sets off for a hotel. By the time she gets back, Luna's dad has shown up.*

E"You know, the last time we went into a cave, everything quite literally went to Hell. We don't know if there's more like that Longinus guy. And it'll be getting dark soon, & we know for a fact that Schwarz is still in the area. Schwarz...a man who's willing to abduct & attempt to kill a small girl to get to us."

N"Are you saying we should be afraid?"

E"No. I'm saying he should be. But not for long."

R"So...New Chick's dad...this is our happy little group. That ray of sunshine is Euryale. I'm Roatha. And the kid with godawful fashion sense is Nero."

Mimiru:<I'm Mimiru and this idiot is just some weird guy who's been following us around.>

"Millionaire was mauled to death by a panther or something. I'm Azuma."

Taiyo:<And I'm Taiyo.>

"Nice to meet you guys, I hear you're friends of Luna..." He smiled, trying to seem warm and friendly, "You have very exotic names, I'm guessing you aren't from Australia?"
He spoke as he walked to the terago, motioning for the others to follow.

"Don't tell him about all thus supernatural stuff, okay?" Luna whispered to the others.

"How do we explain the copious amounts of magical artifacts and Allina having the tendency to protrude wings of light whenever she feels like it?"
