Allina: <Not a problem.>

*Allina heads back to the roof.*

*The three head to the roof.*

E"Your gun is in your desk. You are nowhere near your desk."

T"I have the key. It's safe."

E"But you are not."

T"I assure you, you do not want to do what you are thinking of doing."

*Euryale looks back at Nero, who jumps a bit. She glares at him, & then he nods, edging towards the desk. Euryale shifts her left foot back & leans forward slightly.*

*Taiyo boards the helicopter.*

"Any idea what's got her down?"

Mimiru:<No. Probably a lover's quarrel if she wants to talk about it it's her choice. Any why are you asking me?>

"You seem to be friendlier with her than the rest of us. That's saying something seeing as we all have poor people skills."

*Allina pats Azuma in the back and grins as she boards the chopper. Inside, she sits down next to Taiyo.*

Allina: <Hi.>

*Ari draws his sword and glances at Thiera over his shoulder.*

*Euryale runs forward, dropping when she reaches Thiera & sweeping her leg. Thiera shifts her own legs & raises her left foot, catching Euryale's leg. She then stomps down, producing a cracking noise. Euryale makes an effort to punch her, but Thiera grabs her fist & pulls. Euryale lets out a yell & Thiera drops her, stepping off of her ankle & heading back to her desk.*

<Did you know that alligators are rather easy to restrain? All you have to do is wait for them to bite & then clamp their jaws shut. All that power does nothing for them once they lash out & allow themselves to get caught. You. Don't stand in my way. It looks as though you'll have to carry your friend out, so I don't want you too hurt to move.>

E"I'm not...finished...yet...."

*Euryale rises shakily to her feet, putting most of her weight on her right leg & grabbing the waterfall for support. Thiera doesn't even look back.*

<Of course you're not.>

Taiyo:<...Hi.>

*Azuma looks back towards the door they all came out of.*

"Those two should've been here awhile ago."

Allina: <What's up?>

*Ari widens his eyes and stares at Thiera like "holy shit."*

*Euryale lunges at Thiera, who ducks, grabs her arm, & throws her into the elevator. Thiera gasps, grabbing her left ankle.*

<You're a lot heavier than I thought.>

*All Thiera has to do is glare at Nero for him to run into the elevator & press the button.*

*The elevator doors open on the roof. Euryale is still haunched over, clutching her leg.*

N"...Euryale got her ass kicked."

Ari: <How...How did you do that?>

*Taiyo's eyes widen in horror when she sees Euryale. Lance in hand she jumps out of the helicopter and heads to the elevator looking very pissed off.*

[I don't care what she thinks about me and I know this won't change a thing, but no one's allowed to hurt those I love without any retaliation.]

<I took a lot of martial arts when I was younger after a brush with London's criminal underbelly. Let's leave it at that.>

*Nero grabs Euryale under the armpits & starts dragging her out of the elevator.*

N"Shit, she wasn't kidding, you are heavy!"

E"Shut up! And let me go! I can beat her, you'll see."

N"I had a great view of how it went down last time, thanks."

*Azuma looks towards Mimiru who nods.*

"If you don't retrieve her in five minutes, I'm coming down."

*Azuma goes to retrieve his sword from the helicopter while Mimiru runs into the elevator the door almost closing on her.*

"You know we really should go ba-"

Taiyo:<No!>

*Surprised Mimiru jumps back and stares at her wide eyed.*

[I... I kind of admire this... Feirocity of hers.]

*Ari sheathes his sword and turns around to face Thiera, staring blankly into her eyes.*

Ari: <Who are they?>

Allina: <T-Taiyo...?!>

*She widens her eyes, staring at Taiyo and Mimiru as the elevator doors close. She shakes it off and runs over to Nero and Euryale.*

Allina: <Let me help!>

*She kneels down and holds her hands out, casting a blue aura upon Euryale that heals some of her injuries.*

"You can ask them yourself."

*At that moment, the elevator doors open. Thiera turns around to stare at Taiyo with mild amusement.*

*She stands up.*

E"Now I'll go back &--"

N"Oh, shut up, you dumb bitch! You don't have the slightest chance of winning. If she wanted to, she could engage her security system, shut down her elevator, or call security. The fact that she doesn't means she knows she can beat us all. She even knows about our weapons & abilities. There is absolutely nothing you can do that she won't just counter."

*Euryale whips around, raising her fist behind her head. For a long time, the 2 just glare at each other.*

*Taiyo raises the lance and runs in teeth barred and possibly growling. Four steps in she hurls the lance at Thiera and continues her charge water gathering around her hands. Mimiru steps out of the elevator keeping an eye on Ari.*

"I wouldn't be too quick to judge."

*Ari draws his sword and stares at Mimiru blankly, taking a couple steps forward.*

Ari: <...Who are you?>

*The spear hits her square in the chest. After quivering for a few minutes, it slides down, tearing a gash in the front of her suit. Underneath is a metal breastplate.*

"You like it? I made it out of Loki's Bowl. Fortunately for me, the bowl was chiefly iron ore."

*She grabs the lance's shaft & spins it around to point at Taiyo.*

N"...They're dead, you know."

*Euryale folds her arms & turns away from him, glaring at a cloud as though it's flipping her off.*

"That's none of your concern."

*Mimiru takes a few steps forward and raises her fists. Taiyo swings one arm at Thiera's face water lashing out like a whip the end taking the form of a point. Swinging the other arm the water lashes out for Thiera's arm holding the lance.*

*Azuma turns to the elevator, tapping his foot impatiently.*

*Ari looks at Taiyo widens his eyes as she attacks with magic, turning to Mimiru and pointing his sword at her.*

[Water magic... like Lady Kelphy's...]

Ari: <Tell me. W-Who are you?>

*Thiera spins the lance, both water tendrils turning to steam as they hit.*

<You'll never beat me, little girl. You should just quit while you're ahead.>

[This guy just does not get it.]

*Having enough of his dumb ass Mimiru just runs and slide tackles Ari. Water forms around Taiyo's hands again and she begins to circle around her like some kind of animal.*

*Azuma hits the elevator call button.*

"Either of you want to assist?"

Allina: <Well... I don't like the rich lady, and Mimiru is kind of cool... Of course!>

*Ari slashes forward, creating a wall of wind that pushes against Mimiru.*

Ari: <You say you aren't the Thiera I once knew. Are you... a-are they right to want to hurt you?>

<Do you frequently ask this question when you see an unarmed woman assaulted by a group of teenage delinquents?>

*When Taiyo gets too close, Thiera spins the spear around & strikes at her head. However, she jerks the butt of the spear back, smacking into her side with it instead.*
