Golden Age: Revival

*Taiyo grunts and grits her teeth grabbing the lance in one hand the water gathered around that hand races towards Thiera. Swinging her free arm three claw-shaped tendrils lash out at Thiera's face. While he's too busy talking Mimiru rights herself and runs a long side Ari swinging a fist at the side of his face.*

"What do you think?"

*When the elevator arrive Azuma gets inside*

*Ari quickly steps back and grabs her raised arm by the wrist, blasting her back with compressed air.*

Ari: <...I don't know. M-Mordred was on our side too, before...>

[Maybe it's just because they remind me of our group back then...]

*Allina hops in.*

Allina: <She will be so pissed if we destroy her office in the process of getting our asses beaten...>

*She stares at Azuma blankly for a few seconds, then smiles broadly.*

Allina: <Of course that won't happen 'cause we'll take her down.>

N"It sounds like you're being stupid."

*Euryale stands there, looking unsure of what to do.*

*Everyone notices it's getting a lot hotter & dryer in the room. Thiera raises an arm to take a hit from the water-claws, spinning the lance, hooking one of Taiyo's feet with the bident, & flipping her.*

T"Yes, I read about him. My ancestor Lilith was largely responsible for defeating him. With help from King Arthur & the vampire Rasheverek, of course."

*Taiyo gets up on all fours. Breathing heavily she lunges at Thiera one arm raises, fingers hooked to scratch at Thiera's face.*

"No one's saying you have to do anything other than stand there."

*Azuma hits the close door button.*

*Ari sheathes his sword and glares at Mimiru for a few seconds before watching Thiera and Taiyo fight with a blank stare.*

Allina: <Okay! We run in and take her down before she has time to kick our butts! Quantity over quality! (Yes, I do realize that's not how it goes, but I will stab anyone who points that out.)>

<Really?>

*She just kicks Taiyo in the stomach, causing her to tumble over the desk.*

E"I...I lost."

N"No shit?"

E"I think that's the first time I've ever lost a fight."

N"Get used to it, honey."

*Taiyo slowly stands up coughing and grunting, clutching her stomach. Mimiru gets up and rushes Ari while his back is turned wrapping one arm around his neck and hammering his kidney with her free hand.*

"Wishful thinking."

*He hits the button to take them to Theira's office.*

*Ari groans and grits his teeth before throwing himself against the closest wall at great speed, sandwiching Mimiru. He then proceeds to step away and turn around to face her, pointing his sword at her face.*

Mordred: <From the very beginning! Malegant, Senthose, Seraph, Fafnir...every one of them & more is a witting pawn!>

Thiera: <Why would you do all of this?>

Mordred: <Don't you pay attention, little girl? I am the rightful King of Camelot!>

*The door opens on this scene that is now unfolding.*

<I suggest you kids leave.>

*Mimiru kicks him in the groin followed by a knee to the face while he's hunched over because if she can suddenly let go of his neck he can be hunched over, clutching his berries.*

"Not without those two."

[My magic's not going to be very effective if any use in here.]

*Azuma steps out of the elevator sword in hand and slowly approaches Thiera.*

[And so long as she has that lance I'll be lucky if I can get within arms length.]

*Taiyo slowly moves around the desk her feral expression lessening and turning into one of pain.*

*He slashes forward, pushing her towards the newly arrived group, then steps back.*

<By all means, take them. You can have this back later if you've been good.>

*She waves the lance in the air.*

*Mimiru ducks to avoid the slash and springs up grabbing Ari's wrist. She then twists his arm around his back and kicks him in the back of the knee. Taiyo moves away from the desk. Strugglnig to stand she slowly heads towards Thiera only for Azuma to move in between the two.*

"I think you've done enough."

Taiyo:<No! She hurt Euryale.>

*Ari whips his fist at her and opens his free hand close to her face blasting her with wind before she twists his arm.*

<Your little girlfriend assaulted me.>

*She presses a button on her desk.*

<Now I'd suggest you leave before security has to ask you a bunch of uncomfortable questions.>

*Mimiru catches his fist and through closes, watering eyes and grit teeth smashes her forehead into his nose.*

"I'm sure you probably had it coming."

*He groans and knees her, using wind to maximize the impact. The air then starts compressing around and in on her neck.*

Allina: <We're coming back for your head, rich lady! Just let us find Roatha and maybe control our powers better and your done!>

*Ari's eyes widen at the mention of the name 'Roatha'.*

<Yes, yes, that's lovely. You have 45 seconds to clear out before security arrives on scene. You there. Stop assaulting the help.>

*She points the spear at Mimiru.*

*Azuma looks over his shoulder at Mimiru who's coughing up a lung then turns his attention to Taiyo.*

"Get to the elevator."

Taiyo:<But she->

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure Euryale won't be too happy if we return and you're not with us."

*Taiyo gives Thiera one last death glare then hurries off to the elevator. Azuma takes one final look at Thiera then turns around running at Ari, swinging his sword at him.*

Ari: <I don't want to-->

*Next thing Azuma knows, Ari is no where to be seen. The pressure around Mimiru's neck fades.*

Allina: <What the hell? You two get in here too!>

*She uses the butt of the lance to sweep his leg.*

"30 seconds."

*Azuma stabs his sword into the floor to keep himself from falling. Removing it he heads to the elevator followed by Mimiru.*

Mimiru:<Stupid, I didn't need you to interfere. I totally had everything under control.>

"I believe you. I bet you gave that guy a bloody nose with that headbutt of yours."

Allina: <Stupid rich lady.>

*She's staring at her watch, twirling the lance absent-mindedly.*

"20 seconds...15...."

*The two enter the elevator, Azuma hitting the door close button.*

"Blondie, you were some kind of helpful."
