I mean, I have a few major complaints about the arc too, but the episodes he claims "got so good" are literally just recycled scenes of Nozomi being attacked until she whips out a Deus Ex Machina.

I have stated before that the entire purpose of the Gotei Invasion Army arc is to be chalk full of everything the manchild fans love.
