Digital Mayhem

Salamon:<I wouldn't try it.>

*Salamon wanders off from the lake and sits beside Hitomi who's sitting under a tree.*

*Razz and Veemon sit down nearby. Tae starts towards Hitomi before noticing Allina is staring blankly into the water.*

Tae: <Are you okay?>

Allina: <Oh, yeah, I was thinking about BlackWarGreymon... I wish I could find a way to make him listen.>

*Hitomi looks in Tae's direction attempting to not make it obvious she's staring.*

[He's so kind... Can I be like that at all?]

Tae: <It seems he is also after Millenniummon, we'll find him again, and probably really soon. I'm sure you can get him to listen to what you have to say.>

Allina: <...Okay. Thanks, Tae.>

*Tae smiles and turns around to face Hitomi.*

*Back on the beach, Taiyo stretches out and slides out from Euryale's arm. Sitting up she just stares at Euryale for a moment before turning to wherever Tsune is.*

"How's Tsuney & Froggy doing?"

*Fully aware she's staring, Hitomi quickly looks away.*

*Tae widens his eyes, thinking it seemed like Hitomi was staring at him just now. He goes to sit down next to her. Hawkmon, Patamon and Veemon are sitting near Razz chatting. Tae smiles to Hitomi.*

Tae: <What's up?>

T"...I don't like it here."

"Here like this spot or...."

"Nothing."

"Both."

*Euryale yawns and stretches.*

"Okay..."

*She looks back at Euryale.*

Tae: <...O-Oh. Okay.>

*Tae sighs and lies down.*

*Euryale pushes herself off of the ground, shaking sand out of her clothing.*

E"We have got to find better places to sleep."

*Taiyo goes from sitting to being on all fours where she shakes sand from her hair and clothes.*

"This was nice. Warm sand, warm sun, and..."

*She begins loving up to Euryale's leg.*

"Warm Euryale."

*She stares downward, her forehead resting on her knees.*

[This is terrible. He tries to speak, but in the ends it's usually the same result. A sickening silence.]

*Hawkmon walks up to Hitomi after Tae closes his eyes, and whispers to her ear.*

Hawkmon: <(Want to go for a walk nearby?)>

*Hitomi looks up and at Hawkmon, confused.*

"Okay..."

*Hawkmon nods and slowly walks off. Patamon and Veemon stare at her, shrug, and resume chatting. Tae has fallen asleep.*

*Hitomi looks to Tae then to Salamon who just lays down before she follows after Hawkmon.*

*They're walking nearby.*

Hawkmon: <So what's wrong?>

"What do you mean?"

Hawkmon: <I just noticed you and Tae are always really awkward, and he doesn't talk much about it.>

"I'm terrible at communicating with others. But with him I seem worse than usual."

*Hawkmon looks at her, smirking.*

Hawkmon: <And do you know why that happens?>

"Not really."

Hawkmon: <I'm a Digimon. I'm clearly not an expert in this kind of stuff, but from what I know that's a relatively common problem when you like someone.>

"I guess."

[I don't know if that's true or not. The whole idea of an emotional attatchment to someone is new to me.]
