Digital Mayhem

*Tae picks Salamon up assuming she isn't being held by Hitomi and they head back to the beach.*

*Back at the beach, they pass BlackGabumon who fell asleep where he landed after reverting from BlackMetalGarurumon. From beside Euryale Taiyo squirms and lets out a soft moan every now and again.*

"Rub my belly, Euryale."

Allina: <They really like going at it.>

Tae: <Taiyo and Euryale in a nutshell.>

Hawkmon: <I'm still not sure they know there are other people besides Tsune fighting alongside them.>

Tae: <Probably not.>

E"Violence...Taiyo...don't make me choose...."

T"Well, that was disturbing."

Salamon:<We were better off in the forest, weren't we?>

Hawkmon: <Clearly.>

Tae: <Hey, where's-->

Allina: <Razz!>

Razz: <What.>

Allina: <Have you introduced yourself to the others? Tsushi over there really needs a friend.>

Razz: <Go away.>

Allina: <I don't like you.>

*Tae sits down next to Salamon.*

Tae: <(In the end, this place is much safer than Euryale's house.)>

Salamon:<Is someone going to...>

*Taiyo rolls over and begins purring.*

Salamon:<Is someone going to wake them?>

Tae: <Don't look at me!>

*Patamon, Hawkmon, Veemon and Razz look away. Allina raises her hand and hops over to Taiyo kneeling down by her head and poking her nose with her own upside down.*

Allina: <TAIYO!!>

*Taiyo's eye snap open and she sits up, hissing at Allina.*

"What was that for? I should be allowed to sleep."

E"SHUT UP!"

*She kicks Allina in the ass, knocking her over.*

E"I'm trying to sleep over here! We almost ripped my arm off fighting MetalSeadramon!"

A<We need a special pronoun for our time as BlackOmnimon.>

*Allina rolls and stands, hopping back to the others.*

Allina: <I tried. I really thought they were friendlier people.>

Hawkmon: <I can tell you from personal experience that anyone in this group besides Hitomi and Tae is awful.>

"What'd I do? Forget it."

*Taiyo flops back down on to the sand and cuddles up to Euryale. Her armor being horribly uncomfortable makes it difficult to get comfortable.*

Salamon:<Yes, poke the sleeping lion. See what happens.>

"Taiyo, can you take my armor off for me? Please?"

"Okay."

*Taiyo sits up and begins to remove Euryale's armor. Once it's off she cuddles up real close to Euryale.*

Tae: <I have a bad feeling about this.>

Hawkmon: <There is no way in hell I'm gonna listen to that again! To the forest!>

Tae: <Yeah, that sounds like an excellent idea.>

"Ingrates. As if we could do anything like that. We're too exhausted from being the front lines."

*She puts an arm around Taiyo's waist.*

*Taiyo stretches and soon begins to fall back to sleep.*

"Sleep well."

*As she falls back to sleep Hitomi follows the others back into the forest.*

*Back in the forest it's eerily quiet as the sound of the ocean tide becomes more and more faint the deeper they go in.*

Salamon:<Worst. Idea. Ever.>

Tae: <Maybe, but I'm not sure staying back there would have been better.>

Allina: <So we do rest or look for that buzzing thing?>

Tae: <If there really is something bad around here, I'm pretty sure it'll find us first.>

*Razz and the Digimon follow them quietly.*

*While rubbing Taiyo's stomach, Euryale falls asleep & has a dream that she's a mermaid waving around a giant key.*

*Taiyo moaned, her legs squirming a bit.*

Salamon:<Relatively familiar beach. Forest that appeared out of nowhere. Tough choice.>

*After some more trekking through the forest that makes Allina regret deciding to strip down to her bathing suit they eventually come to a clearing. The ground is mostly dirt with some grass sprouting out here and there. There's a fair size lake with more forest on the other side. In the lake is a small island with a school bus on it.*

Salamon:<Wasn't there something just like that at Dragon's Eye Lake?>

*Allina rubs the scratches on her arms and belly from the branches and shivers every now and then. Tae takes off his jacket and helps her put it on.*

Tae: <Here. You should probably be more careful with your clothes next time.>

Allina: <Thanks.>

*Upon arriving at the lake, Tae widens his eyes in shock, looking at the bus.*

Tae: <But t-t-that means...>

Allina: <That means what?>

Hawkmon: <...Yuhei.>

Allina: <Who?>

*The iceberg that is Yuhei & Dracomon are nowhere to be seen. The entire area actually looks like it hasn't seen snow. Salamon jumps out of Hitomi's arms and approaches the water.*

Tae: <It's not important.>

Allina: <You look upset.>

*Tae and Hawkmon walk to the edge and peer into the lake.*

*It's a regular ol' lake. They can see some fishies swimming around.*

Salamon:<At least we know what happened to him. It's not like he's the first to disappear without warning.>

Tae: <It's still sad. Yeah, I know the others don't give a crap about the rest of the group, but...>

Allina: <We're a weird bunch of DigiDestined.>

Tae: <Do you guys think we can actually swim here?>
