Zell sees more branches start to form and shoots more laser beams.

*Because I'm sick of this bullshit, Lilith runs the heart through with a fist & turns the chainsaw on, getting blood everywhere. The tree starts to crumple & collapse, the roof threatening to go with it.*

Zell GTFO of there before the roof falls on her.

*The ceiling groans as Thiera resets the fuse & the lights come on, to reveal the basement flooded with water.*

T"Look what those bastards did! Are they trying to destroy my house?!"

"This shit sucks" Luna grumbled before wondering off in her Megadeus, but not before firing a single missile at the dam for laughs, then disappeared into the subway again.

"I would have to imagine they have more pressing matters than the destruction of your house." Zell said, climbing out of Mirror Zero. She gave the Megadeus that saved her life a smile before continuing, "Who 'they' are, and what those matters they wish to accomplish are, I cannot fathom, though I suspect you know a great deal more about that than I."

T"I know they tried to destroy my house!"

*Later, Luna turns into the TV to see a news story covering the destruction of the dam. Her Megadeus turns up on the screen, with a caption reading "Wanted: Dead or Alive." The scrolling text says that Barbatos suspects Paradigm City was behind the attack.*

*Hitomi's phone rings.*

"Fine by me. At least they don't know it was the amazing Luna Seppun."

Zell shrugs, "I still think that has less to do with your house being a target, as much as your house simply being in the way."

*Hitomi answers the phone.*

*Vega's sitting on his couch, staring nonchalantly at the television screen, channel surfing.*

"I figured the pilot of that Megadeus was an idiot."

"They CAME through my BASEMENT!"

Luna picks up the phone, "Yeah, what?"

L"Do you think that Aamon wanted to kill Zell?"

*Thiera stops shaking with rage.*

T"I don't know. I guess the only way to figure out what he wants is to hunt him down like a dog."

Zell simply shrugged, "I'll stick with my theory that your house is not the main target." She then heard Lilith and Thiera speak again, "Why would he? What have I ever done to him?"

"Oh yeah..." Luna scratched her head. Somewhere in between the fighting and her writer not paying attention she had forgetting this, "So, what exactly do you want from us?"

"No."

Vera<I zee. Good day, zen. Be ready to report whenever ze information arrives.>

*She hangs up.*

L"He was supposedly working with Senthose. It is possible he's still targeting artists. Especially artists with memories. But if we wanted to ask him, how would we find him?"

*Hitomi hangs up and resumes what she was doing. Reading.*

"Well, I don't have that money" Luna grumbled, "Where do you expect me to get it from?"

"Why would we want to ask him?" Zell asked, "He is crazy, or dangerous at the very least. I just want him found and put in jail, or something, I could care less about the reasons of a killer."

L"You're boring."

T"Regardless, he's attacking us, & we have Megadeuses. I think we're in pretty good shape to take him out."
