*She succeeds in getting a concussion, a broken nose, a temporary loss in vision, & a dislocated jaw. Somehow. She also fails to injure Gevurah in the slightest, his reflex action just kicking her in the chest & fracturing a few ribs. Also, he continues savagely beating her.*

Tipheret<Because those are not our orders. Now, Hitomi, here's how the mission is going to work: I'll stand guard outside of the mansion while you & Chesed go inside. Chesed will get you to the Megadeus, then you pilot it out--WITHOUT damaging Thiera Psyche's house or possessions. Do you understand?>

Zell felt her entire body heat up, but tried her damnedest to cover it up. "Uh, yea, sure, we should go." Zell said, completely forgetting about her issues with the dress and her legs.

*She looks up and at the rearview mirror.*

"Yes."

*The Adramelech activates its jets and pushes back.*

*Thiera tosses some money on the counter. As they're walking out, Thiera smirks.*

T"Of course, you'll have to gag her. Don't want to have to listen to her complain."

L"Indeed."

T"And a leash, so that she can't get away."

L"Your suggestions are most helpful."

*She stops the vehicle.*

Zell's mind races as her body quivers.

*Gelu Chalybs soon stop functioning and return to the interior of its feet. The treads not helping much with the pushing, it just fires its assualt rifle into Adramelech's midsection.*

*Hitomi exits the van.*

*Chesed walks up to the door & pushes several buttons on the alarm. She then opens the door without any ill effects & walks in.*

*Thiera then parks near the subway, takes her briefcase, & starts to walk in. Lilith follows.*

L"Aren't there several dangerous bests populating the tunnels right now?"

T"We'll have to risk it. It would take too much time to head back to the mansion & retrieve the Megadeuses, so I'm just calling them here."

L"Megadeuses? I thought we only required Basilisk."

T"Hopefully, we won't need the others."

*Sure enough, something large was driving down the tracks.*

Zell followed, still catatonic as her mind danced with different images.

Luna is really just dreaming about thousands and thousands of Megadeus marching around and then the world splits in half, emptying out an Earth-thick worm-like swarm of what appear to be more regular Megadeus flying through space and eating everything.
