The European Tour

*Because Kelphy is not only sexy but also mighty determined, she steps over and pushes the door opened before stepping in. Inside, she sees it really is just a large, dark, abandoned warehouse, mostly empty except for some rusty machinery, that smells like dead fish.*

*Razz points at an intercom embedded in a wall near the security guards which has a jack-in port.*

Razz: <I know one way we can find out.>

"Smells awful" Alto says following her in.

"We'll cover you" Minato says.

Edge: <Even worse on the inside...>

Jack: <We'll distract them while you jack in. Sound good?>

Kelphy: <I don't think this is the pla-->

*They hear a screech followed by a child's voice echoing around.*

???: {A-Are you Harmonia?}

Razz: <Well... okay.>

*Razz frowns at the security guards because he knows something's bound to go wrong.*

"I am" Alto says.

"Don't worry."

*Edge looks around, looking for the owner of the voice.*

*It's coming out of a large old speaker on the ceiling.*

???: {F-Find the the basement.}

*Razz shrugs and makes his way over to the guards and the jack-in port.*

"Gotcha" Alto begins to head that way.

Minato tells Jack, "Make a run for it"

*Jack runs over to the guards, waving his arms*

Jack: <Uhh, help! Ayudame! Por favor!>

*Minato facepalms*

I'm surrounded by idiots

*The basement is down a stairwell through a door at the other side of the warehouse. Walking into it, it's really dark except for a dying flickering lamp hanging over yet another door. A blue light emanates from the other side.*

Kelphy: <A-Alto... I'm not liking this.>

*The guards run up to him and share a few quick looks before one of them attempts to speak to Jack.*

Guard1: <You hablate Engrish?>

Guard2: <Não é assim, pá. 'Pera aí, deixa-me tentar.>

Guard1: <Okay, okay.>

Guard2: <Eu hablar Español. Tu hablar Español?>

*Razz resists the urge to smash his head through a wall upon witnessing the development of the distraction maneuver and jacks in.*

*ShadowMan is uploaded to a network with a blurry blue background that much resembles the surface of the ocean and a floor of blue tiles with stars of different colors drawn on it here and there. He starts running across it until he arrives at a large metal base that once supported a massive firewall. He looks around and sees no signs of guards of any kind.*

ShadowMan: <...All security measures have been deactivated. Razz, I don't think those guards are for real.>

Razz: <Well, they certainly aren't very smart, so I think we can leave them to Jack and Minato for the time being, but we don't have much time. Keep going and see if you can find anything suspicious.>

Alto took Kelphy's hand, "Its alright, if anything happens I'll protect you. I promise."

Minato runs up to the guards too and begins to speak in a foreign language they probably don't understand.

Edge: <What's the worst thing that could happen? Ghosts? Monsters? A homicidal maniac with a machete? Nah, we'll be fiiiine.>

*Kelphy blushes and smiles awkwardly before hearing Edge and proceeding to stare at him like "not sure if kidding". Once they reach the door, she reaches for the knob and pulls it opened, gasping in awe as the large laboratory on the other side is revealed. It is full of advanced technology, illuminated by a blue light originated by a giant screen across the room at which someone is sitting on a chair turned away from them.*

ShadowMan: <How's it going there?>

Razz: <Not good. The guards are frowning at Minato like he's stupid.>

ShadowMan: <You sound surprised.>

Razz: <I know. I don't know what's wrong with me.>

*ShadowMan arrives at a dead end, an endless blue wall blocking the path.*

Razz: <...This can't be it, there must be a hidden passageway or something.>

*They hear a familiar female voice.*

Aera: <Hahaha, to think you'd follow us all the way here.>

*Someone uploaded in front of ShadowMan. It's a slim fully armored female figure. The armor is turquoise, and the helmet is shaped like a wizard or witch hat, with a Y-shaped slit on the front that allows them to see it is hollow on the inside. It also has a long high blonde ponytail that comes down from a hole on the back of the helmet to its waist.*

ShadowMan: <Razz... I think it's another Hollow Warden.>

Razz: <Dammit, not them... And not now. We can't fight it here!>

ShadowMan: <I'll stall it as long as I can, get the others and find a safer jack-in port so they can join me!>

*Razz nods and unplugs the PET, running over to Minato and the guards.*

Razz: <(We need to go. Hollow Warden.)>

*Edge immediately starts walking towards the chair, but gazing at every single thing on the way there.*

"We're here" Alto says and holds Kelphy's hand a bit tighter to reassure her.

More foreign nonsense spouts from Minato's mouth before nodding to Razz.

*The chair turns. A young boy that looks about 12 or 13 is sitting on it. He has light skin, big light blue eyes and messy light blond hair. He's wearing an oversized lab coat. He stares at Edge as he approaches before looking at Alto.*

???: <H-Hello.>

Kelphy: <(A child?)>

???: <My name is Ari Tu-Turmill.>

Kelphy: <As in Aera Turmill?>

*The boy nods.*

*The guards glare at them as they head off. After they're across the street from the monument, Razz explains the situation to Minato.*

Razz: <... And so now ShadowMan's facing it. This can only mean Aera really is inside.>

"Its nice to meet you Ari" Alto seems unusually pleasant at the moment. Might have something to do with hold Kelphy's hand.

"Then let's do something about it"

Edge: <Aren't you a bit too... y'know, young to be here?>

Razz: <...Actions over words, dude.>

*She grabs his by the collar and pulls him into following him before running off across the street and info a cafe.*

*Ari looks at Edge with his big blue eyes like what he just said really isn't that relevant before turning to Kelphy when she speaks.*

Kelphy: <You... you called Alto here, right?>

Ari: <Yes. They aren't here at the moment, b-but they will... they will be back soon.>

Kelphy: <Whom?>

Ari: <Ms. Esp-pada and Mr. Colsun.>

Kelphy: <S-So Olympe and my father. What is this place?>

Ari: <A la-laboratory.>

Kelphy: <...>

"Can you get me network access Ari?" Alto asks nicely.

Minato follows.

*Edge shrugs and stands around whistling to himself.*

*Ari shakes his head with a slight frown.*

Ari: <N-No, sorry. My sister would get angry.>

Kelphy: <You can come with us, you don't n-need to work for them.>

Ari: <No, I wa-want to help my sister.>

Kelphy: <(...Alto, is this a trap?)>

Ari: <I have something... I need to give you, Alto Harmonia.>

*Razz enters the cyber-cafe and jacks in to a computer, widening his eyes as he sees ShadowMan being royally beat up by the blue feminine-looking Hollow Warden.*

Razz: <ShadowMan! Minato, jack in and get to the Tower's network, and fast!>

*ShadowMan dodges a sphere of blue energy and darts towards the Hollow Warden, tossing five flaming daggers at it. The Hollow Warden waves its hands forward and a wall of ice crystals appears in a flash of light, blocking the daggers before starting to spread towards ShadowMan.*

"I trust you Ari" Alto walks over to him and extends his hand, "Let's be friends ok?"

"Got it, Jack in, Starman, execute!" Minato jacks in.
