The Way Back

Kentaro:<I don't know.>

*Outside their room Kari hands the Jade Rabbit to Kentaro and goes in leaving the two outside while she changes into her usual clothes.*

"It'll be alright I'm coming down to get you" Creed leaps into the hole and gracefully lands, a bit jarred, but no worse for wear. He walks over to the girl and smiles offering her a hand. "Need a lift?" his snow white hair blows gently in the wind giving him a somewhat angelic appearance.

"I... wanted to tell you before we went off to the final battle just... in case... you know..." Lucien hugs Allina.

"Yeah... its going to be one hell of a party. We'll probably need a lift. I can't think of a better pilot then you."

Crowley: <You said she was going to be okay, so I assumed I didn't have to worry. That's... pretty much all there is to it.>

Derek: <Huh? I didn't ask you a question, I don't think...>

*He scratches his head in thought.*

~Kari & Kentaro~

Jade Rabbit: <Kentaro, now that we're alone, there's something from Kari I've been meaning to give you.>

*The rabbit dives down from Kentaro's hands into his pocket and peeks out after a few seconds holding a small envelope in his mouth.*

Jade Rabbit: <Hereitis.>

Aera: <Of course you can't!>

*She laughs a bit.*

~Crowley~

Razz: <Fine. You know what I don't get get? How come you got to go to the magic world and I didn't?>

*The fat bandit is gawking at a bottle of medicine sticking out of a pocket on the nurse's coat.*

Barrow: <...Hungry...>

~Derek & Kelphy~

*Kelphy widens her eyes and stares at him for a bit, seemingly attempting to speak.*

Kelphy: <...Y-Yes, I... I will marry you.>

~Lucien & Allina~

*She headbutts him lightly.*

Allina: <Woah, woah, don't say that, we're gonna kick Origin's butt!>

~Creed~

*The little girl widens her eyes and jumps into Creed's arms. Above, the young woman smiles.*

Derek: <R-really?... Wow... Yeah! AWESOME!>

*He hugs Kelphy closely as a huge smile spreads across his face.*

Derek: <I love you so much.>

Creed smiles back, "Next stop, the top" Creed focuses his magic downward into his feet and instead of the typical ice pillar that rises a different one does. This one decorated with roses made of ice as he rises up slowly until he and the girl are out of the well.

"Heh" Lucien rubs his forehead, "Damn right we are" he holds Allina's hand and grins.

"Can't think of anyone I'd want by my side ether."

Crowley: <It probably has something to do with this ring...>

*Crowley holds up and shows the ring and then lowers his arm again.*

Kentaro:<What?>

*Kentaro takes the envelope and opens it up.*

*The Jade Rabbit stares at Kentaro anxiously. Inside the envelope is:

Aera: <Aw.>

*She smirks and kisses him in the cheek.*

~Crowley~

Razz: <I suppo--Barrow, what the hell are you doing?>

*Barrow has taken the bottle of medicine from the nurse's pocket and is now drinking it.*

*She hugs him back and smiles.*

Kelphy: <(...I love you too.)>

~Lucien & Allina~

Allina: <...What am I going to do after this is over though? I've been a priestess for several years now.>

~Creed~

*The girl hops off of the pillar and runs to hug her sister. Afterwards, the young woman tells the little girl to wait and walks to Creed.*

Girl: <Thank you so much, sir!>

*Crowley walks over to Barrow and takes the medicine away from him, putting the lid back on.*

Crowley: <Hey now, it isn't good to just drink medicine like that...>

"Its not a problem" Creed bows.

"Well... we can get married..." Lucien thinks, "After that see the world?"

Alto blushes, "Heh"

Kentaro:<And you said this was from Kari?>

~Kari & Kentaro~

Jade Rabbit: <O-Oh yeah. D-Definitely.>

*The rabbit closes his eyes and nods vigorously.*

Aera: <You need to get ready to fight that thing.>

*She grabs his hand and starts towards the palace.*

~Crowley~

*By the time Crowley takes it, the bottle is almost empty. The bandit falls back on his ass and starts groaning loudly.*

Barrow: <UGH, MY TUMMY!>

*A while later, Crowley and Razz are standing outside the medical wing. Barrow had to be hospitalized as well.*

~Lucien & Allina~

Allina: <... M-M-Marry?>

*She widens her eyes, staring at him in surprise.*

~Creed~

*She starts playing with her hands nervously, and looks back at her sister for a few seconds before staring into Creed's eyes and smiling nervously.*

Girl: <Maybe you could come to our home some time... I'd be glad to prepare you a meal as proof of our appreciation.>

*Kentaro pats the Jade Rabbit on the head just as Kari comes out of the room.*

Kentaro:<You're quite the artist.>

"What?"

Crowley: <Geez, he takes food way too far sometimes...>

"I'd be happy to" Creed bowed, "My name is Creed Baticulle."

"S-sorry, just an option" he scratched his head sheepishly.

Alto lets her lead him though he keeps pace with a smile.

Derek: <That's good. But... right now...>

*He gets to his feet.*

Derek: <We've got to stop Origin.>

~Kari & Kentaro~

*The rabbit glares at Kentaro, migthy irritated. Then he smirks, jumps over his hands grabbing the drawing and landing on Kari's shoulder. He hands Kari the drawing and hops to the floor before fucking off down the hallway.*

*Aera drags him near a storage room and goes inside, exiting seconds later carrying a gigantic black and blue hammer on her back. She seems to carry it with extreme ease. She walks over to Alto and drops it in his hands. It's fucking heavy.*

Aera: <You need to take this. Hammers are good. It'll help you.>

*She goes back inside and drags out a large white suitcase with a red cross on it.*

Aera: <This too. Medicine is important.>

*She goes back inside and keeps searching.*

*She nods, smiling.*

Kelphy: <It's almost over.>

~Crowley~

Razz: <Tell me about it... Shouldn't we be preparing for the final battle?>

~Lucien & Allina~

*Allina giggles and hugs him.*

Allina: <I'm not sure what we should do as preparation for the final battle. I'm loving this dress, what with the tears and sooth on it and all.>

~Creed~

*She widens her eyes and shakes her head, smiling awkwardly.*

Girl: <N-No, don't. I'm Deya Orblinton.>

Derek: <Are you prepared, Kelphy?>

Crowley: <What would we actually need to prepare?>

Alto omphs and nearly drops the hammer, "Aera, I'm a swordsman don't be silly."

"What would you like to wear? Perhaps Sylph and I can combine our powers and create something fitting for a princess."

Creed smiles, "That is a pretty name."

*Confused Kari looks at it then to Kentaro.*

Kentaro:<I told him it was nice.>

*Far down the hallway, the rabbit peeks out of a door, spying on the two.*

Jade Rabbit: <(I ... can't believe my plan failed.)>

*She peeks out and frowns.*

Aera: <Y-Yeah, you're right. Sorry.>

*She walks out and shrugs, sighing.*

Aera: <I guess I'll just have to trust your skill.>

~Derek & Kelphy~

Kelphy: <I s-suppose so. I should change into more practical clothing... I need to go to my bedroom.>

~Crowley~

Razz: <...I have no idea. It's almost time. I must admit I'm somewhat nervous.>

*They hear voices coming from the medical wing.*

Barrow: <Oh, you're... awake.>

Parker: <Y-Yeah... Is Crowley okay?!>

Barrow: <Crowley ...is fine.>

Parker: <T-That's great! Not that I... forget it. What happened to you anyway?>

Barrow: <...Owie.>

*Allina laughs and shakes her head.*

Allina: <Really sweet, but that's all right. I'm not very comfortable with the idea of wearing shadows.>

*She blushes.*

Deya: <T-Thank you! You're really--N-No, I mean, yours is really cute too.>

*Crowley hears the voices and walks back in to see what's going on.*
