I'm not sure what the Hell "Menos Que Cero" is supposed to mean, but I doubt it's any better.

Less Than Zero, Under Zero. Since Cero means Zero and she's ice, I figured why the hell not.

Wouldn't Below Zero or Absolute Zero be better?

Tae needs an intro to introduce Aera.

Name: Atae Luke.

Age: 400, looks mid to late 20's.

Appearance: Atae has fair skin, and blond hair that reaches the small of her back. Her eyes are a very deep shade of blue. She stands at about 5'6'', and has nice set of endowments and curves. Her fingernails are painted black, to match her uniform, and yellow, to match her hair.
Her clothing consists of the regular issue shinigami uniform, modified with a blue inlay along the sleeves as well as a blue obi, and hand wraps. She also wears a choker in the same blue.
Atae.

Type: Soul Reaper.

Bio: Atae is a Soul Reaper of the 4th squad. During the Aamon invasion she was sent out on a mission to support a troop of Soul Reapers, however, when she arrived they were already lost. When she tried to return she found that she couldn't open up a link to the Soul Society, and by the time she could things had pretty much gone to hell.
Since then she has stayed with the 4th, and is doing her best to help the Soul Society rebuild after its devastation.

Abilities: Has a spiritual pressure of an average to below average lieutenant, she is moderately versed in kido, able to get up to level 40 with an incantation, and level 30 without. Her speed with shumpo is above average by necessity, having to tend to the wounded quickly in battle, though her swordsmanship is only average.

Power: "Hope, Gisei" Her shikai takes on the form of a pair of blue latex gloves. Its ability allows Atae to siphon her health, in the form of reistu, invigorate it, and transfer it to another person over a maximum distance of 100 yards. The "health transfer ratio" is 1:2, so the amount of health Atae gives in the form of reitsu is doubled when it reaches its intended target. Overuse of the ability is, understandably, life threatening. Use of this ability on a patient who is perfectly healthy results in an increase of all abilities that rely on reitsu. The patient, however, also suffers from a withdrawal period after the ability has taken its effect, bringing the user's abilities down past their norms as much as it initially raises them.

That would be a 1:2 ratio. A 2:1 ratio means it's halved & she sucks. More so than now.

She doesn't suck, she is support. I don't believe in having a support character that can end worlds on her own.

Thiera is support, she is more than capable of handling things on her own. If you make her really, really mad, she will poison you to death with about half a liter of sarin.

Aren't you the one complaining about OP characters? Anyway, Atae has a method of attack, it is just risky.

No, that would be Loki. And if you plow through a thorn bush like "Duh, it's just annoying," it's really your own fault if you get pumped full of poison.

I've never seen Thiera without a robot to do her fighting, so I wouldn't know. I just got to GA, so I'm not sure how she works there.

She is a Magnificent Bastard who uses a lot of traps, though she often has strong offensive magic, & in a few cases martial arts.

Atae is balanced for ease of use, and to make sure you accepted her without issue.

I find the fact that she has black and yellow finger nails to be quite a turn off.

Black and pink (or purple or blue) is where it's at.
