The War of Paradigm City

*She throws an arm around Zell.*

T"It was gruesome, but I don't think it changes anything. She didn't change when she had her head blown apart, or her torso ripped to shreds. And she's never posed a danger to me before."

"I don't think she'll pose a danger to me either," Zell admitted, "But a frightening ally, and a frightening enemy are both still frightening."

T"Well, there's nothing I can do about that. Lilith's core programming cannot be altered."

*Lilith exits the mansion, now with clean hands.*

Zell tries to avoid looking at Lilith in a totally casual, 'not-trying-to-avoid-the-creepy-ass-murderer' way.

*Topaz frowns at Pruslas's body and shrugs.*

Topaz: <Well... he did have it coming.>

L"Then we are in agreement."

T"Alright, everyone back in the car. It's been a long day, so I'm anxious to get everyone home."

*Topaz nods and heads into the car.*

Topaz: <Okay, we need some rest, but do you have any idea what we're going to do about this new information after that?>

T"Probably just not tell anyone. Pruslas was the last person to know about Big O. With him gone, the odds of someone finding it are incredibly slim. As for this Fourth Big, it's probably just some delusion that Aamon accidentally created when he was cloning people. How could Paradigm City not be real? I'm sure there's an alternate explanation for what happened 40 years ago."

*She opens her car door.*

Topaz: <I don't know... nothing about what those two said made sense. Except, in a way... it did. You know, you're probably right. I'm confused, I'm likely to have a severe case of PTSD, and I just wanted this all to be over. And maybe now it is.>

*Topaz smiles for the first time in quite a long time and nods firmly to the three.*

Zell nods, "One could only hope." She then gets into the car.

*Once everyone is in, Thiera starts the car & drives off.*

T"Well, you know what they say...the show must go on."
