Mortal looked down at her food, "I'm still eating..."

Sab stood up, and walked out of the room. Dawn quickly replaced her, "Why is there a harp on the table?"

Zac felt bad. It must have been horrible to realize the person you swore to serve was a horrific monster.

*She turns her attention to Dawn.*

"Near as I can tell, Mortal took it from Noct."

L"I can't be Marquis! And I certainly can't kill anyone to advance!"

Dawn smiled bright and wide, and let out a few small chuckles before turning on her heel and making her way towards Noct's room. She turned around for a second so she could grab the harp.

"No, wait, please don't antagonize her," Mortal said.

"What are you talking about?" Dawn asked, "I'm just going to return her harp to her."

"If the Marquis is a lucavi then the people of Limberry are in danger under his rule," Zac said. "Which oath is more important to you, the one to the people, or the one to a lucavi?"

R"But now he's just using it for some mysterious agenda."

"Hmm...I have a really unsettling feeling about this."

Mortal just lets out a sigh and continues eating, "It is too early for me to properly care... I've had enough drama before breakfast, and now my eggs are cold."

*Once Mortal is done, they head to Divum's chamber. Euryale waits for Mortal to take the lead.*

"I'm sorry," Zac said, still smiling slightly.

"Good morning you two," Divum said, looking up from some paperwork. "Is there something I can help you with?"

"We're expecting a message from the Church, specifically a message from a Celebrant," Mortal said.

Sab looked at the door to Noct's room, from inside of it, with Noct. On the other side they could hear Dawn lightly picking away at the strings of a harp while she sings, "Its never the right time to say goodbye~"

"How did you live with this?" Sab asked.

"Spite and sarcasm?"

"This explains a lot..."

~Limberry~

L"I want to keep as many of the guards out of this as possible. If I hurry, I can make it to the kitchens before lunch. The rest of you look for Seraph. I don't trust him not to try something."

E"Good morning, Sir."

"You want to try and take on the Marquis by yourself?" Zac asked.

Divum nodded to Euryale, then produced a letter with a broken seal, "I've already heard about your Celebrant friend. He is going to be visiting, and has already sent word."

Mortal looked surprised, "Oh... Well then, um... I guess we're done here."

Noct stood up and opened up her window and began climbing out of it. Sab shot to her feet, "Wait, don't!"

Noct looked back, "I can't stand my mother out there."

"But you shouldn't kill yourself!"

Noct raised her eyebrows, "Disregarding the fact that I can fly... there is a ladder. This isn't my first time sneaking out of my room."

Sab relaxed a bit, "Oh... okay."

L"Are you crazy?! Once you've made sure Seraph isn't in the immediate area, or you've found Delita's reinforcements, come straight to the castle."

E"May I see that?"

*Assuming she is given the letter, she reads it. Where she learned to read, I have no idea.*

E"He's supposed to be here sometime this afternoon."

"Uh, yes... I could have told you that," Divum said. "Well, if that is all, I'll see you two later."

Mortal began to walk out of the room.

Zac nodded, then turned to Roatha, "Alright, we should probably get going then."

Noct looked up at Sab from the ground. "So, you coming, or what?"

"Coming where?" Sab asked, sticking her head out the window.

"Anywhere that isn't here."

Sab looked back at the door, which still had Dawn on the other side. With a small sigh she hopped out the window and began to climb down the ladder.

*As they're patrolling the city, they notice Ramza, Agrias, Orlandeu, Rapha, & Marach enter from the direction of Lake Poescas & disseminate into various shops.*

"So, what do you want to do until he finally shows up?"

Zac raised an eyebrow at the group they just saw, "Think any of them might have seen an elderly mage with serious mental issues?"

Noctis began making her way to a bar, when Sab tagged along she raised an eyebrow, "What are you coming for?"

"I thought I was invited," Sab said.

"That is assuming a lot, considering."

Sab frowned, "Then I'll go back to Iliad's house I guess... His father keeps trying to hook me up with him though. It is kind of awkward..."

Noct let out a sigh, "You can come if you want to. It isn't like I can make you do anything."

R"I don't know, but I think we found our invasion team."

"Seems smart," Zac said, walking over, "Lets hurry up then."

Mortal finishes getting dressed, tying the ribbon back in her hair, then makes way for the door.

"You go to an alehouse to drink wine?" Sab asked.

"I'll take a glass as well."

*The maid has already opened the door by the time they got there, revealing the Celebrant.*
