Zac rubs his head, and lets out a sigh, "Asshole..." He looked at Lilith, hoping the attack on him didn't reach her as well, "Are you alright?"

"I have some clothes we could change into," Mortal said, pointing with her thumb over her shoulder to her room. "We wouldn't be the best dressed in our group, but at least we would be able to fight."

Iliad was going to make a crack about Euryale never being the best dressed in the group, but realized it was kind of dickish, so kept his mouth shut.

*Euryale nods.*

"Okay."

"I'm fine."

*Lilith sighs.*

"I guess we have to go to Zeltennia now."

Mortal goes to get her some clothes. Noct looked at Sab for a second, and realized that she was cycling through the same three outfits, same as Euryale. "We're going to go shopping for clothes when you're done punching people in the face," Noct said.

"I guess so," Zac said, "Never a dull moment..."

"I don't have money for new clothes."

*Euryale gets up to follow Mortal, since she can't very well change in the middle of the dining hall.*

"We'll just have to stop back at the castle quickly, & make sure everything will run smoothly while we're gone."

Sab fidgeted, "Same for me. I only had enough for two changes of clothes."

"I'm sure that won't be an issue," Noct said.

*When they arrive back at the castle, they see a knight in a uniform similar to Meliadoul's, but blue.*

L"...What business brings you here?"

Loffrey<I am Loffrey, second-in-command of the Knights Templar. I'm here to instruct you on a task the gods require of you.>

L"Isn't this sort of business the jurisdiction of the Department of Inquisition?"

Loffrey<We're taking over that department, due to a lack of Celebrants.>

"I'm sure Mortal will take care of yours, but you really shouldn't worry about it," Noct said, "I'd explain why, but it would probably come off as insulting, and I don't want to insult you."

"What, you want to clothe us so that we'll look presentable on your arms?" Sab asked, "That is insulting..."

"I know, that is why I didn't say it," Noct said, "I know it sounds bad, but it is less about that and more about trying to do something nice that benefits everyone."

Mortal came back with some clothes, "Hey, what is the hold up? I got clothes waiting for you."

Zac forces himself not to laugh at the prospect of Lilith on a holy mission.

"I was arguing with Noctis about whether or not I can let someone else buy clothing for me."

Loffrey<The current Duke of Zeltennia, the one calling himself Delita, needs to be killed.>

"And you can't do this yourself?"

Loffrey<That is not your position to question.>

"Oh, yea, that is a good idea," Mortal said, "We should go shopping after we fight."

"That is what I said."

"Oh, that means you're against it, Euryale?" Mortal asked, "But why? You gave me clothes for free before. I'm just returning the favor."

"What do you think makes the Marquis better equipped than someone else?" Zac asked.

*Clyde climbs up and then runs towards the archer.*

Loffrey<As I said, it is not your place to question. Another thing...did you procure any treasures from the former Marquis?>

"His Genji Equipment hasn't been transferred to me yet."

Loffrey<I wasn't asking about his armaments.>

"I gave you a torn up old dress that was too small for either of us, & probably permanently stained. It isn't really the same."

"Then what were you asking about?" Zac asked.

"Would you stop insulting that dress," Mortal said, "I love that dress."

"She does love that dress," Noct added.

"And don't pretend like you don't like pretty dresses," Mortal continued, "Quit making a fuss. I want to do this so you can have more nice things to wear."

"You don't seem to have an issue about this anymore," Noct said to Sab.

Sab shrugged, "I figure that you'll do it regardless of what I say, so I might as well go along with you, rather than be bitter about it."

"That's right, you did tell me how much you loved it. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset you."

*Euryale sighs.*

"You win, I guess. We can get a few simple outfits for every day wear."

Loffrey<A gemstone. Have you recovered one?>

Mortal looked happy, "Good, well, here is something to wear for today." She extends her hands, and gives Euryale a shirt and pants, and totally wasn't barely giddy excitement at seeing what Euryale looked like.

Noct looked happy too, and looked at Euryale non-judgmentally.

"I don't recall seeing a genstone," Zac said, "Was it like set in a ring, or necklace or something?"

*Euryale heads into the room & comes out wearing the...shirt & pants!*

Loffrey<You would recognize it if you had seen it. Because you certainly wouldn't be foolish enough to lie to the Church.*

"I certainly wouldn't have reason to," Zac said, "Besides, lying leads to more trouble than it is usually worth."

Mortal always enjoyed seeing Euryale not in dirty rags, even if it was a simple cotton shirt, and pants. "You look beautiful," Mortal said.

Noct nodded, "Alright then, is everyone ready to go?"

*Euryale looks down at herself, now sporting cotton shorts with a sleeveless top.*

"They are nicer than my old clothes. Thank you. I suppose I'm ready."

Loffrey<Right you are. Now, about that task-->

"We were actually already on our way to Zeltennia."

"Lets go kick some ass," Mortal said, wearing more or less the same thing, only with long pants, not shorts.

Noct stood up, "You coming as well, Iliad?"

He shook his head, "No, I'd just be a fifth wheel. You girls have fun."

"Alright then, lets go," Noct said, extending her hand out to Sab, who took it, and began walking towards the door with Noct.

<Good. Then you'll see to it that the deed is done by the morrow. You'd be surprised how quickly even governors can turn out to be heretics.>

*Loffrey teleports away.*

Noctis smiled when Sab rubbing her hand with her thumb, and leaned into her. They might not have been as affectionate as Mortal and Euryale, but they had their moments, dammit. Noct then leads the group over towards the gambling hall.

"They sure didn't waste time in making their move. Come on."

*Inside the castle, they are met by a samurai & a ninja. They both bow briefly, the ninja slightly less so.*

Samurai<I am glad you've finally returned. I have been ordered to bestow the Genji Equipment upon you.>

Ninja<I am here to report that Zalbaag has left the cemetery, & Ramza is battling in Dorter against an unknown Templarate mage.>

"Hey, you can use shields, right?"

*Euryale follows.*

Zac didn't see where she was going with this, so he simply shrugged, "Yes I can, but I usually don't. I'm not a fan of them, it is like the discussion we had about not liking axes. Why?"

Noct points out the desk where people sign up for the fight club, and Mortal heads over.

"Well, the Genji Shield isn't just any shield. It's a masterpiece of defensive forgery, using technology that has been lost for ages. It has been handed down through the leadership of Limberry for hundreds of years. But I can't use shields, & it would be horrible to see it go to waste."

"We've come to sign up for the fights."

*She cracks her knuckles again.*

Zac kind of fidgets. "Y-yeah... I agree, but, I'm not really the best option," He said, rubbing the back of his neck, "I'm honored beyond words that you would consider me, but I wouldn't make the best use of such a gracious gift."

Two guys were at the desk. The first one says, "Girls? Well, whatever, just don't come cryin', no one is going to care. Now, there are two rules about fight club. First rule don't--"

"Shut up, Tyler," The other guy said, "Just write down what you want to be called, and get down stairs and wait for the announcer to announce you."

Mortal wrote down 'Mortal'. The guy furrowed his brow, "Kind of a shitty stage name. 'And in this corner 'The Dragon!' and in the other 'The completely average person'." He chuckled at his own joke. Mortal folded her arms, imagining herself beating the crap out of anyone foolish enough to pick the name 'dragon'.
