*Luna & Euryale also attack. Amazingly, the ghost weathers all of the strikes, thanks to its high evasion, & bites at Mortal. It is brought down in the next wave of attacks. As it fades, it leaves behind a Risky Treasure. Thiera opens the regular Treasure Chest, obtaining a Scroll of The Lovers.*

Noct uses her fortune wire. Mortab checks to see how many levels they got after that shit.

*Monudon decides to go ahead and use the Books he just bought*

*Anyone level 15 or below has gone up 2 levels & is on their way to a third. Anyone 16 or higher only gets 1 level. The chest changes to a Treasure Chest, as it is wont to do.*

*Monudon then heads to the farm to check on his grunty*

Monudon:[Just one more thing to do.]

"Making a party seems the sensible thing to do," Hector said, glancing at Elk.

*Elk turns to him.*

Elk: Why?

*Johnny the Stray Grunty takes off running as Monudon passes him. Running on the bridge, away from the Grunty Farm, are a pair of players. One is a male Long Arm with white robes, a wild head of black anime hair, & a spear like a gnarled stick. With him is a thick-bodied Heavy Blade with a basic claymore, a black ponytail, a bare upper body covered in zig-zags, & black armor on his lower body. There is no one else near the farm.*

"Why not?" Hector shrugged.

*Monudon nods at them, then continues towards the farm*

*Elk stares at Hector for a while, before disappearing as gold rings slide down his avatar. Orca sighs.*

*As he gets closer to the pen, the Grunty starts walking up to him. Once again, I hope he knows the Grunty stats.*

*Monudon just quickly checks the grunty to be sure he's not sick*

Noct opens the treasure and gives a little fist pump.

Thiera: Were you in danger?

Euryale: Probably not. But it was getting incredibly frustrating. Thank you for your help.

*He stops in front of him, jerking up on his hind legs & kicking his forelegs in the air.*

Monudon:<Sorry, I'll have to bring you some food tomorrow.>

*Seeing as the grunty seems to be well, Monudon heads for the recorder*

Hector continued to appear entirely clueless.

*Azena looks around completely unsure of what to do. He heads for the bridge to try and check out the town.*

*On the way to the Recorder, Monudon spies the pair from earlier logging out, Johnny kicking the air again, & Orca & Hector at the Chaos Gate.*

*When he gets to the bridge, he notices a blond Long Arm woman logging out at the Recorder, a samurai-themed Heavy Blade with an eye patch running to the item shop, a Twin Blade with perpetually closed eyes & a tight blue-green wrap dress decorated with diagonal strips of triangles staring out over the water near the scroll shop, & a trio of unidentifiable characters speaking in the town square. Perhaps more noticeable is what he does not see--no running gondolas, or skull-helmed Blademasters.*

Azena: "It's quiet. More than I remember."

*He heads for the town square, maybe he can get some bearings for a quest or something.*

*Monudon waves at Hector and Orca*

Monudon:<Afternoon, no evening. I think.>

"No problem," Noct said, turning around. "So, should we split up, again, or stick together?"

"Like Euryale said, it wasn't anything we couldn't handle. Just annoying," Mortal said, "We should be fine if we split up again."

"Uh, hello," Hector said, looking over at Monudon.

*Orca turns to him.*

Orca: It is about 6 o'clock. So, yes, good evening.

*The 3 players are a Twin Blade in armor resembling a skeleton with points of bone protruding from his wrists; a Heavy Blade in a black, hooded coat with a long, matching katana; & a Wavemaster with a red cloak like folded wings & a hawk's head over his own, his staff like a long bone with a bird's skull at the end.*

Chim: Yeah, I'm Level 24 now, but there's just nothing to do on this server.

Ira: I've been looking for Keywords. So far I have "Chosen" and "Hopeless." But it's probably better just to move on to Carmina Gadelica.
