Powers: Time Manipulation
Eve can accelerate,slow, stop, rewind, and loop time around objects or areas. Using her ability to rewind time, she has the ability to "fix" objects, and can accelerate time around an something to eventually reduce it to dust. Finally, Eve can sense disturbances in the space-time continuum,and sometimes has Precognitive flashes that will make her feel very faint. The duration her ability lasts depends on both her focus and her control over her powers, which at the moment isn't all that much.

Bio: Eve was born to a pair of British Scientists who study mutants in Manderlay, and lived ether there or in London for most of her life. Eve's childhood was pretty good,
barring a bit of a troubled middle school experience due to being very opinionated about issues, including not discriminating against mutants. This was partly because there were
many cases of mutant abilities in her family. However, nothing remotely interesting happened until she was 13.

Eve had been working on a timed test in one of her classes when she started to stress about the remaining time. She was unable to see the clock, and started to be unable to
focus on what she was trying to do. However, Eve managed to get re-focused and continue working on the test. When she finished, Eve decided that she seemed to have enough
time to go overher answers before turning it in, and proceeded to do just that. After she finished checking her answers and was taking her test up to the teacher, Eve turned to face
the clock and was startled to see that she still had a little under half the allotted time left. This freaked out both Eve and her teacher, who hadn't expected anyone to
be done so soon. While Eve wondered what had happened, she soon forgot it until the same thing happened while Eve was studying. Frightened, Eve informed her parents, who encouraged
her to practice controlling her powers, so she doesn't have to be taken away by the Mutant Busters.


Notes: While Eve being a mutant isn't open to the public, it's rumored that she is one. Also loves Astronomy, and often carries around a small telescope.

Sand manipulation which may be difficult in an urban setting, hieghtened sense, animal empathy (might be cool), animal related powers.

Peter Parker was doing the whole superhero thing since he was fifteen. Which Dr.Octopus wasn't too happy about hearing getting his ass beat by a fifteen year old when Parker came out as Spider-Man on live television.

Appearance: Jason
Powers:
Heightened Senses: Jason's senses of hearing, sight, and smell are drastically heightened thanks to his mutation. Especially his sight.
Night Vision: Jason has increased night vision allowing the gloomiest of nights to be nothing more than a cloudy day to him.
Spatial Shifting: Jason's main power. He is able to bend and flex the physical space around him to allow for things such as warping short distances (where he's warping to has to be within his line of sight), bending his orientation within a space so as to climb and walk on walls, and, with heightened focus, bend (but not redirect back) incoming projectiles.
Physical mutations: Jason has a few physical mutations such as his ears, eyes, and teeth being more animalistic. He also has a tail. This gives him something a cat like sort of agility and athleticism.
Pyrokinesis: Though limited at the moment, Jason can create and control small, tennis ball sized, orbs of blue flame.
Bio: Self-explanatory.

Venezuela is based on desert foxes. Foxes don't have much in the way of superpowers.

Now, jellyfish & octopi....

But jellyfish and octopi aren't cuddly. Like desert foxes are.

Octopi are totally cuddly. They can give 4 simultaneous hugs. Desert foxes bite, scratch, & pee.

But they're squishy and get ink on things.

Foxes are soft and furry. Also most things bite, scratch, and pee.

Squishy isn't bad. Furries are.

Squishy is bad. Bone structure is not.

Foxes have bones. They're not squishy.

Ven has bones and isn't squishy.

Name: Venezuela Guvera
Age: 16
Appearance: Wears a trendy little miniskirt & halter top made of wolf fur, which exposes her highly toned abs, arms, & legs, Venezuela is an ambiguously brown girl with yellow irises & long, black hair, which she wears in various styles. At Age 16, she wears it in a braid. Her powers make shoes & gloves uncomfortable for her, so she wears flip flops if she absolutely must.
Powers: Enhanced Senses: Sight, smell, etc. stronger than normal.
Steel Bones: Not literally, but her bones and nails act like super-hard steel. As a side-effect of this, she also has mild super strength. Her teeth & nails are very sharp.
Concussive Roar: Release a destructive wave of sound by roaring. It can even demolish solid stone structures.
After-Images: Can produce after-images as she moves, to confuse enemies.
Bio: Venezuela developed her mutant powers just last year, & with them, an affinity for animalistic things & behaviors. It was difficult to hide, & her parents inevitably found out & threw her out on the street. She then got a job for animal control, in order to pay for an apartment. She currently lives in financial insecurity, with poor prospects for moving up in the world, & in constant fear of being caught by the Mutant Busters.
Notes: Tends to sleep curled up in a ball.

Name: Aroma Zinginzer
Age/Appearance: Aroma is 17, but is often mistaken for being much younger due to her height, which she is sensitive about. She has green eyes & short, wavy red hair. She wears a modest white dress, opera gloves, & heeled boots. In her hair, she wears a clip that consists of 2 large circles with short protrusions, looking slightly like a cartoon bug's face.
Powers: Hardening (Undiscovered): Aroma takes a posture like a tree, turns green, & her skin hardens to become pretty much indestructible in response to extreme danger. The downside is that it's impossible for her to move until it wears off.
Silk: Produces silk from spinnerets hidden in her wrists. Though Aroma herself has no super strength, the silk is stronger than steel cables, & light weight. She can also cover it with a residue that speeds up the body's natural healing abilities, feel tiny vibrations through it, & secrete the silk in many different patterns.
Wings (Dormant): Can sprout wings with which to fly.
Sonar (Dormant): Can echolocate & communicate messages to specific targets across large distances.
Bio: Aroma discovered that she was a Mutant the same day she discovered she was a lesbian when, entranced by a cute girl she knew, she accidentally silked all over her. It was so traumatic that they never spoke of it again, & Aroma retreated into something of a shell. Fortunately, her power turned out to be not too control, allowing her to keep being a Mutant a secret. She recently convinced her parents to let her take out a loan to get an apartment, under the pretense that she wanted to get closer to the college she would eventually go to, but in reality, she wanted to get out of the house & gain independence so she didn't have to worry as much about being found out as a Mutant.
Notes: Like Spider-Man, only with healing abilities instead of super strength. She's also a vegetarian.

Name: Jin Zhou.
Age: 16
Appearance: Jin stands at about 5'7" with emerald green eyes, cropped blonde hair and heavily tanned skin. She likes to wear baggy camoflauged pants and a tank top which leaves little of her voluptuous body to the imagination.
Powers:
Enhanced Speed- Jin has extremely powerful legs, and is able to run at speeds considered incredible for a human as well as jumping extremely high- on a good day she could jump over a two story house and run 100 meters in 3 seconds. Her legs are useful for more than just athletics, and allow her to deliver immensely powerful kicks.
Telepathy (Undeveloped)- Jin's thoughts can enter those of anybody she chooses, and to an unsuspecting person they may seem exactly like their own thoughts.
Bio: Jin, American by birth but Chinese by heritage, learned of her incredible legs at the age of 7. Her mother encouraged her when she learned of her daughter's mutation, but her father became extremely worried about her, and forbid her publically using her powers.
As she grew into her teen years, however, she found it more and more difficult to contain the urge to use her powers. In recent months, she had realized that her thoughts are beginning to have some influence over others. She can have others do as she pleases if she simply wishes for them to do something enough. She has also found, due to an incident with her mother, that she can simply communicate through her thoughts as though speaking.

I find it hard to take anything using the word voluptuous seriously thanks to Zap Branigan.

Also realisticly speaking superspeed would kill the user. Because friction, they'd burst into flames. Should they be able to negate that somehow stopping is an issue.

Telephathy could be an issue as it's not hard for someone to scream God Mod should something come up that they don't like.
