Blade's not very good. Try someone cool like Green Arrow or Bart Allen aka Kid Flash. To my knowledge he's the only cool Flash as the Teen Titans comics I've been reading aren't at all recent.

That would require there to be vampires. Unless you're refering to a different RP. At best you could have powers that mirror vampirism.

According to our fearless leader, there isn't a whole lot to go on the city (I have shit on a flashdrive, yet limited computer access) as well as technology. Technology being quite complicated I figure I'd just yay or nay any tech that comes off as being too holy shit even for a comic based RP.

You're basing this off DC's multiverse, more or less, so holy hot damn you're looking for game breaking powers.

The powers I was thinking of employing would be teleportation, telepathy; regenerative healing ability similar to X-23, fire control, and production; phasing and intangibility, similar to Shadowcat, and super speed, slower than the Flash family in general, but exceptionally fast by normal standards.

I was thinking of either mind control or time manipulation.

Not exclusively the DC multiverse, as a big story arc is based off of the Marvel Civil War.

I was going for ice powers similar to Ice Man and teleportation similar to Nightcrawler. Super Human strength like damn near anyone and Healing Factor like anyone from Weapon X. Water mamipulation like somebody, enhanced senses like Wolverine, and phasing like Shadowcat who appears to be a fan favorite. Lastly, ability absorbtion like Rogue and high pitched sonic screams like Black Canary.

I'm thinking Spatial Manipulation. Not sure if that would be considered OP though.
