*Namond casts Cure3 on the group, while Safian starts charging Bolt2 on the Monk. Cassandra charges the squire, swinging her sword*

Any inkling of mirth Zac had left is ripped from him, stomped out, and spat on by Lilith, "Yeah... I guess you're right. What a depressing thought."

Noct makes sure to have the tub cleaned before getting in with Sab.

Mortal is eating chicken. Like a boss.

*Euryale eats Chocobo wing, because she always wanted to try it.*

E"So, what did we do with Roatha?"

*The Monk moves to Namond & punches him in the throat, critically wounding him. Cassandra is able to kill the Squire, but the Knight flanks her & attacks. Since he's not close enough to attack anyone else yet, the Archer also fires at Cassandra, over the Knight's shoulder. The Thief behind Namond finishes him off before he can get off a Curaga. At this point, a medium-sized lightning bolt strikes the Monk, critically wounding him. The other Thief attempts to slit Safian's throat.*

Azuma: "I suppose while we're here we might as well accomplish what we came here for. We're looking for a mage."

"Noct put him in the guest bedroom," Mortal said. She then looked at Euryale's food, "Man, I haven't had Chocobo since... well... I think I might have had wings myself."

Noctab slides into the tub once it is clean and full.

"Agreed," Zac said, "But it still saddens me to realize."

*Euryale stops chowing down & looks up at Mortal.*

"Did you ever eat...uhm...something you had while you were a dragon? You know, to see if it tastes the same now?"

"I think I will go to bed now. If we've not heard from Delita by afternoon tomorrow, I will go inquire of his plans further."

"Beef tastes largely the same. Poultry is a bit different, but I think it is because I'm not eating bones anymore," Mortal then looked at Euryale, "Human tastes largely the same."

"Right," Zac said, "Uh, before you go, I really enjoyed myself tonight. If you liked it too, I'd like to do this again."

Azuma: "All right."

Once finished, the three stand up.

Azuma: "Room's upstairs?"

"Right...we should, some time. I don't know when."

*Euryale drops her food & looks disturbed.*

"When we have time," Zac said, "I'm just glad you want to. I really like spending time with you, Lilith."

Mortal chuckles a bit, "I'm only joking. I mean, Dragon me killed people, but I do that now, sadly. I've never really seen humans as food though. Just didn't smell right." Mortal then says, "Would it have really made that much of a difference to you though? I don't eat people now, but I eat cows, because they're prey. As a dragon, humans would be prey. It'd be normal, relatively speaking."

Azuma: "All right."

Taiyo: "Thanks for the meal."

The three go upstairs.

*Cassandra uses a phoenix down on Namond, who then uses Cure3 on the group as soon as he is able to. Meanwhile, Safian ducks away from the thief, and begins charging Fire3 again, targeting the thief*

E"Killing is one thing, my hand has been forced more times than I care to admit. I'd like to think that circumstances justified it in the wilds, but actually devouring a human would be...it's a lot to simply adjust to."

L"I did enjoy the night, but the festivities were very tiring."

*Because spells still have to be charged, he once again does not get it off before he's killed again, by the thief. The other thief chases Safian down & stabs at her gut. The Squire has followed Cassandra & attacks her from the other side. The Knight tries to back attack Cassandra as the Monk backs away to heal himself.*

*Safian doubles over, but continues to charge the spell at the thief who attacked her. Cassandra swings her sword at the squire, and then spins and slashes at the knight*

Whether or not they share a room or have seperate room, Azuma bunks by himself and Mimiru bunks with Taiyo.

"Would you adjust?" Mortal asked, "Could you?"

"Agreed," Zac said with a smile, "Good night. I'll see you tomorrow."

*And that's the story of how Safian killed herself with her own spell. At least she managed to take the Thief down with her.*

"I don't know. That's a difficult question."

Mortal looked a bit crestfallen, "I suppose so." She then went back to eating her food.

*Cassandra stalks over to Namond's body, slashes at anyone who gets close. She then uses another phoenix down, and Namond again tries to cast Cure3. Cassandra protects him while doing this*

*Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. She manages to kill the Thief who kept stabbing him, but can't fight off both the knight & the monk at once. While the knight is attacking her, the monk punches him, killing him again. At this point, the archer also gets in range, & shoots at her. Off a few feet to the right of Safian's body, a blue crystal rises out of the Black Mage's body.*

"...Well, it's a moot point, because you didn't eat anyone. And that is good."

*Euryale picks her Chocobo wing back up & resumes eating it.*

*Cassandra swings at the knight, using weapon break, then goes and grabs the Crystal*

~Eagrose~

*He blocks with his shield, like a boss. While she gets the crystal, the monk grabs the crystal that the Squire leaves behind, fully healing him, & the Knight follows her. In addition to being fully healed, Cassandra learns Thunder, Thundara, Fira, Fira, & Blizzard. With the crystals gone, it would be pitch black out, if not for the fire.*

*Cassandra slashes at the knight, using weapon break again*

"Agreed," Mortal said, "I feel a bit weird. With Bremondt gone I've completed the goal I've set for myself. I almost don't know what to strive towards anymore."
