*Thiera pulls out another flower petal, which becomes visibly thicker & shinier in her hand.*

T"Close all of the stomata. Increase the waxy cuticle. It would then be impossible to remove the water without breaking it."

*Segments of the petal harden into a bark-like substance, until she essentially has a wooden leaf.*

T"After that, it's just a simple matter of making it harder to break."

A"...I can make silk."

You could take them out before they even grabbed their guns.

*Eve sightly smiles in return*

*As the last girl leaves, Cameron heads up to the house, glad to be home*

Taiyo: "I can phase through things too. Kinda sucks waking up under the bed, but I've gotten better. Umm, should we be talking about this in public?"

Forensics: "Well, that wasn't what killed this man, but it did help."

Loeb: "Not much you can do about keeping someone who's throwing up on you away. Anyway, we can see this guy wasn't in the proper state of mind. What else happened? Was he rambling about bugs in his skin or any innane nonsense, prancing around or just throwing up?"

OOC: Do it.

T"You guys started it."

"He said something about bones snapping in a boneyard," Grimm said after a moment of thought.

I could try... I guess it might confuse people if I just spammed their mind with something... I could give false information, too, but those aren't the most reliable plans. Once I got close it would be a matter of kicking them into submission, and not to toot my own horn, but that shouldn't be difficult at all.
She look a long drink, then looked up at the sky, "How cool would it be to fly?"
Tell me more about your powers. I got that it was to do with manipulating time, but to what extent can you do that?

Taiyo: "You were bugging Ven's nose."

Taiyo is still holding on to Ven's hand.

Loeb: "Dominos. Just like at the mall. Whole lotta nothing to go on. All right, boys lets clean this up and get out of here."

T"How was I supposed to know that super smell was my only weakness?"

You're great at physical activities, I'm sure you could easily defeat your run of the mill thug. Anyway, I can stop, slow, hasten, rewind. Stuff like that. Not that I have too much control.

*Cameron lets himself in the house to find Kylie cleaning up some plates from the meeting. Four large boxes sit by the doorway*

Cameron:<Get everything you need?>

Kylie:<Yep! I hope the Humane Society likes our donations.>

Cameron:<Sure they will.>

Awesome! You could, like, slow someone down while I kick them in the face.
"It's a shame we can't."

"Thank you for your time, officers," Grimm said, looking over at his shoes. "Will you be taking those shoes, or should I get rid of them?"

Taiyo: "Plants smell. And someone was bound to be able to smell it out. We're probably not the only ones who can."

Loeb: "Evidence. We don't know what the hell that crap is or why this mook is throwing it up all over priests shoes."

As he says this, a forensics person bags the shoes.

Jackson: "What the fuck is this?"

???: "How your organization will topple this city."

The man in black leads Jackson into the basement of the building they met in, showing him a superlab of sorts.

Jackson: "What is this, meth?"

???: "No, not even close. Its name is as long as your arm, but we opt to call it dominos due to the shape it's manufactured in. We've had good results in cities in Europe a lot like Manderlay, so we took our operation to the real thing."

Jackson: "So what does it do?"

???: "Each different product has its own symptoms and side effects. To list them would be time consuming and tiresome. This evenings news will elaborate on the black and whites effects."

Jackson: "You know this how?"

???: "The Black Mask has agents in all parts of the city from its government to the fast food industry. There is nothing we can't buy or do."

Grimm stared at the dead man for a few moments, considering the implications of such an affront to the church. He would have to look into this, and if necessary, exact a punishment.

T"That's okay, it's nothing too hard to adjust to. If I keep using flower petals instead of seeds, then people will simply believe that I'm wearing perfume."

Taiyo: "Can't you just make them not smell?"

The sun gradually begins to go down, a crash comes from deeper in the alley they stand in.

Azuma walks into Mimiru's who's sitting on the couch.

Azuma: "Grandma at bingo or something?"

Mimiru: "Yep. How was work?"

Azuma: "Dull."

Mimiru: "How was what's her name?"

Azuma: "Peculiar as per custom. How's jealousy?"

Mimiru: "Shut up."

Yeah, we'd make an awesome team. Hey! Stop making me want to join you.

*Eve stares down at her smoothie, trying not to laugh*

<Yeah, I'd never walk again.>

Cameron:<Tried to talk to a bunch of hot girls.>

Kylie:<And?>

Cameron:<I don't think they saw me, which is good because i look like a creep with that coat on.>

*Kylie pats him on the back*

T"Not really. I can try to minimize the scent through various tricks, but everything carries one. The only way to remove smell as a factor is to remove all of the air that carries it."

*When the crash happens, Aroma jumps a little, & Ven looks sharply in that direction, staring.*

V"What was that?"

Well, if I was going to fight crime, and I don't know if I would, I might need some help from time to time...
Jin looked at Eve and smiled broadly, "It might be for the better that we can't fly. It wouldn't seem so magical anymore."
But anyway, whatever happened I would have to do more than kick criminals in the head.

Azuma: "I've decided to become a crimefighter."

Mimiru: "More like become a bigger idiot than usual."

Azuma: "Yeah, I put no thought into what I'd say to you."

Mimiru: "Or into anything else you do."

Taiyo: "Should we go see?"

Now that you've gotten the idea into my head, I can't stop picturing it. What would we need? Costume, cover...

*Cameron grabs an apple then starts walking towards his room*

Kylie:<Cam?>

Cameron:<Yeah?>

Kylie:<Don't be an idiot, please.>

V"I can't turn around with you holding on to my hand."

*Ven sniffs in that direction.*

Taiyo lets go of Ven's hand, blushing.

Taiyo: "Errr, sorry."

She smells spilled garbage and something worse. Something decomposing.

A costume would be hard... I mean, I can't make anything. Even if I could it could end up looking goofy.

Dalia entered the store and browsed.

V"Something's not right. Does anyone have a flashlight?"

*The flower petal in Thiera's hand rolls up & elongates into a stem with a bulbous leaf on top. The leaf slowly begins to glow brighter & brighter.*

T"Bio-luminescent plant."

V"...Of course."

*Thiera sweeps her flashplant around the alley, looking for whatever's going on.*

There's nothing entirely visible, the disturbance being further in the alley.

Taiyo: "I can see in the dark. If that means anything."

Assuming they do go further into the alley they find a half-dressed woman, what clothes she does wear amount to a little more than rags, having been shredded face-down in a mess of garbage. On her body are various sores and other wounds, some infected and decaying whatever ails her having a necrotic effect. Red dominos are present.

Taiyo steps back, covering her face.

As the light began to fade, Grimm began to prepare for the night he intended to spend in the streets, locating his weapons and cloak.

Dalia purchased some knee-high black boots and a grey trench coat. She paid in cash.

*Aroma grabs on to Taiyo, hiding her face from the sight. Venezuela wrinkles her nose & starts stepping backward. Thiera holds her hand over the scene. A vine snakes out of her & sprouts a venus flytrap head, which grabs the domino. The plant then pulses, becomes rigid, & hardens. The domino has been encased in a plant that looks like a small coconut. Thiera places it in her pocket & turns to the others.*

T"We should go."

*Unbeknownst to them, the plant contains a fluid of cells designed to detect radiation or chemicals coming from the domino. Should any be detected, the "coconut" will alter its cellular make-up to block them without dissolving them.*

*As it's now apparently night or something, Luna slips into her room, drawing the blinds. She begins getting dressed. Once she's done, she turns the lights off, making it appear to outside observers as though she dressed for bed. In reality, she retrieves her spear & heads into the darkened hallways of her house, to sneak out of the back door.*
