*Roatha & Lilith eat steak with a small side of salad, Lilith's cut of steak being slightly smaller, while Euryale gets them in about equal measure, Aroma has just salad & Siegfried only eats the steak. Got that?*

Safian:<This is quite good.>

*She cuts another piece of steak*

OOC: Sieg is gay, understood.

"There is no need to thank us for that," Noct said, "Your company is its own reward."

Mortal kinda nodded, but there was steak to be had so she was only half interested in the conversation.

OOC: ...What?

Aroma<Aw, thank you. I trust you'll enjoy it for some time.>

*Euryale watches Mortal.*

"See? Good things come to those who wait."

Aroma<A wise proverb, Euryale.>

*Aroma stares at her for longer than is strictly necessary. To be fair, so does Roatha.*

*After finishing her salad, Cassandra tries some steak*

OOC: You were talking about how much he liked his meat, then said 'Got it?' as if it was some kind of hidden message.

Mortal smiled and said, "I suppose you're right. Sorry for being difficult earlier. Uh, also thanks for putting up with me." Since she looked in the direction of Euryale she only saw Roatha's lingering gaze, which she met with a look of her own.

Noct looked a bit shocked, "Oh? I thought we were continuing on from here alone."

OOC: The "got it" referred to the list of specific proportions of food. If it were a joke, it would be, "get it?" Stop seeing gay propaganda in everything.

*Roatha is now staring at Mortal.*

Aroma<Oh, I've taken the liberty of requesting that Mullonde send church officials here to address your concerns. I hope you don't mind.>

Zac chuckled on at the staring contest Roatha, and Mortal were currently having then choked as he heard Aroma, "Ahem... Uh, that is gracious of you, but there is no need for such things. We can take care of everything on our own."

*They keep eating, not wanting to get involved*

Aroma<Not likely. Frankly, the High Confessor is much more likely to grant an audience to me than to you.>

*Roatha finally looks away, towards Aroma.*

R"Okay, but that's not even what I'm doing tomorrow."

Aroma<I'm sorry, but can we please talk about this in the morning? It's not really proper to argue during a meal.>

Safian:<Then what are you doing?>

Mortal smiled and looked to Euryale for praise on her triumph over Roatha.

Zac shrugged, "I apologize for any untoward behavior." He went back to his dinner.

R"We're going to head up to Warjilis, remember?"

*Roatha & Euryale have no idea what Mortal is up to, so they just kind of glance at Mortal, Euryale smiling, & then away. Aroma looks to Lilith & Noctis.*

Aroma<So, do you enjoy your outfits? I did my best to make them flattering, comfortable, & customized to your individual tastes.>

Mortal smiled wider, taking the smile as confirmation of her job well done. She then goes back to her steak with the confidence of an unbeatable warrior.

"A bit revealing," Sab said, "Oh, but they're still very nice. I actually quite like them."

"I like them as well," Noctis said, "I'd say that they are indeed flattering. Even if they're a bit revealing I love the way I look in them. What do you think, Lilith? They're pretty, aren't they?"

At the mention of Lilith's name Zac sends her a quick look and smiled, completely lovestruck.

Safian:<Right, right.>

Cassandra:<The outfits are wonderful, thank you.>

L"I love it. I never thought I would be able to wear an outfit like this, so...the gesture really means a lot to me. Thank you."

*Aroma smiles at her.*

Aroma<I'm glad you all enjoy them. Particularly you, Lilith, I wanted to let you know that you're very beautiful, & you should be proud.>

L"You're not the only one who thinks so."

*She smiles at Zac. Euryale & Sieg smile as well.*

R"...I didn't get an outfit."

Safian:<Yeah, why didn't he?>

"D'aww!" exclaimed Sab, Noct, and Mortal in unison.

Zac smiled a bit wider, then looked over at Roatha, "I didn't get one either, so quit complaining."

"It probably has something to do with your lack of girly parts," Noct added, pointing out the obvious.

Mortal laughed at the mental image of Roatha and Zac with massive amounts of cleavage. She stopped laughing when Sab stared at her, weirded out by the sudden laughter.

*Lilith blushes & stares at her food, while Roatha is disgruntled as usual. As such, a semi-embarrassed silence persists through the rest of the meal & desert, & soon the maids are clearing away the tables as Aroma stands up.*

"The food was delicious," Noctis said, "Thank you for your hospitality."

"Agreed," Zac said, "Thank you for being such a wonderful hostess."

*Safian and Cassandra nod in agreement*

Aroma<Oh, you're too kind to me. Thank you for staying.>

Mortal stretches a bit, "I can't wait to finally go to sleep on a comfortable bed again?"

Zac looked a bit shocked, "You know, out of all of you, I expected you to care least about how comfortable your bed was."

"Everyone appreciates good beds," Mortal said, "Wait, what are you trying to say?"

"Huh, oh, nothing, nothing at all," Zac said.

*Safian yawns and rubs her eyes*

*Since no one appears to be doing anything, we timeskip to the next day. For the record, those of the female persuasion in Aroma's castle will find their normal clothes gone, with a note saying that they've been taken to be washed.*
