"Yea, it doesn't bother me, so long as I get to break some pots or skeletons or whatever a few times," Mortal said.

*Monudon shrugs*

<I'd like to kill a bunch so I can level up more, but I'm fine with whatever.>

Wiseman: I did not come to this dungeon for the treasure. You may have it all, if you are so inclined.

Euryale: Well, that's very generous of you.

Wiseman: Not generosity, business. What kind of merchant doesn't bring his own supplies?

*Monudon just kind of stands there, not having something to contribute*

"Well, lets go," Noct said.

*The only exit out of this room is to the right. On the way out, Zalera heads over & slashes a skeleton, obtaining a Restorative. The next room is a cross-shaped room. The Magic Portal in the middle expands & out rushes a sextet of Heavy Axe type monsters with red armor & big honkin' maces.*

Sab uses a Bi Juk Rom on the group of monsters.

Noct double cross slashes at one, and Mortal slashes horizontally at the group, hoping that she'll be able to cleave through and hit a few with her swing.

*Monudon runs up to one of the monsters and stabs at it*

*Unfortunately, standard attacks rarely hit multiple enemies, & this time is no different. Each Phalanx that's being attacked attacks back, but fortunately they are prevented from surrounding the party by the Bi Juk Rom. Wiseman adds a second tier Gan Rom once that has ended. Euryale & Luna head up, each attacking one of their own. Zalera takes the last one left unattended to & starts hacking at it.*

*Monudon continues attacking his enemy*

Noctis slashes at her monster twelve times ending with a series of four kicks.

Mortal uses her four hit spin attack, but ends with a jumping slash downward.

Sab uses another Bi Juk Rom, and checks her MP.

*Her SP is a little under halfway. Noct & Mortal have both taken about a 1/5 chunk out of theirs. Monudon took a mean hit & now his health gauge is flashing. The Phalanx (the monster's name) lifts its mace above its head, but since it's half dead from all of the spells, Euryale tells Zalera to run over & cut its throat, which he does, killing it. Euryale, Noctis, & Mortal have already finished their enemies off, so Euryale turned on Zalera's, finishing it off with a stab. Luna rolls away from a downward strike from hers, leaps onto it, & stabs it thrice in the face. With a little help from Thiera's Rue Rom, she manages to kill it. As Euryale sighs, 3 of the Phalanx turn into Treasure Chests, 1 of which is booby trapped. Thiera gets to work healing Monudon.*

Noct goes to one of the regular chests and opens it.

*It contains a Recovery Drink. Euryale kicks open the other chest, retrieving a scroll of The Devil. Since no one in her party, nor Luna, have Fortune Wires, they don't touch the Risky Treasure.*

Thiera: It's what I'm here for, isn't it?

*Thiera casts Repth several more times. Until he's restored to full, if he doesn't try to move on first.*

*He remains still until she is done*

Mortal was yelled at for going after a Risky Treasure last time, so she doesn't go for it this time. Noct doesn't want it either, having already gotten a safe treasure, and Sab doesn't have a fortune wire.

Euryale: Alright, since we seem to have reached a silent consensus on ignoring that chest, which way do we go now?

Aroma: Hmm...I don't remember this part.

Euryale: Well, we're situated pretty far to the right of the map, so I doubt the exit is that way. Then again, there could be a treasure room there.

Wiseman: On the other hand, perhaps a double Magic Portal room.

"Some of us could use the exp, so it might not be so bad either way," Mortal said.

<Yeah.>

Hector was still hanging around Monudon.

*So they begin filing in, being pushed to the corners of a tiny room that is also something out of Mortal's most perverse dream: It's filled with 6 breakable egg clusters, & a pair of treasure chests.*

Mortal rushes over and stomps one of the eggs in.

Noct walks over and opens one of the chests.

*Monudon stabs at one of the eggs*

*They're both empty. Euryale hacks one apart. As does Zalera. Thiera walks up to one & kind of pushes it over with her staff. Only Zalera & Thiera obtain an Antidote & a Restorative, respectively.*

Euryale: You know, I expected more of a reaction out of you, Mortal.
