Assemble

A pair of police officers begin to break up the crowd while reporters try to question civilians. Another pair of police officers stare at the cocoon wondering how the hell they're supposed to move it let alone get whoever's in it out.

Wraith mimics Grimm's actions. He then walks out of the kitchen, setting fire to the building. Smoke enters the window from outside where the lawn has begun to burn from the fireball hurled out of it earlier.

Employee: "Right. Well, we have a variety of dyes ranging in color...and price on the far wall over here, if you'll follow me."

*Probably because it is neither strong nor heavy. It is like giant tulip petals. Thiera figures they have this under control, or at least they will when they figure out how flowers work, so she flies back to Aroma & Ven, looking for a secretive spot to land & change back.*

*They follow the employee*

Jin followed behind Eve and Cameron, looking around at all the stuff.

Grimm ran after him and started throwing punches in the air, each one shooting a head-sized ball of fire at Wraith. He took heaving breaths.

Her best bet would be the same alley she originally went into. Assuming Aroma and Ven are still hanging around outside, they may notice that they're closing up early.

With each breath Grimm takes, is a lungful of smoke as the church burns around them. Still not bothered by the flames much like Grimm, Wraith spins around and slashes him across the chest.

Sirens wail outside.

On the back shelf are dyes in various colors and price as the employees said. There's some that could probanly be gotten anywhere for the same price or less while others are overpriced.

Employee: "Is there any color in particular you're looking for?"

Cameron:<Red I guess.>

*And so the 3 friends reuinte in front of the pet shop.*

V"How'd it go?"

A"Are you okay."

T"Everything's fine, don't worry. I made a philosophical speech."

Grimm tried to move back and avoid the slash, but as his condition was rapidly worsening he still caught the most of it and stumbled over backwards.

Taiyo greets them assuming they enter the store rather than stand outside like skids.

Wraith vanishes and leaves. The windows shatter and a jet of water comes through another window as the fire department attempts to put out the blaze while Grimm bleeds out. On the plus side, assuming he's on the ground smoke inhalation is slightly less threatening as he slips into unconsciousness.

Employee: "Well, with your already black hair, you should bleach it before attempting to dye it if you want it to be visible. We also have a number of peroxides."

T"Hi."

A"How was your day?"

V"Hello again."

It was at this point that Grimm's only dormant power surfaced, brought to bear by his defeat and severe injury. White light shone from his eyes and he stood up as though unhindered by injury or smoke. As he rose four dazzling white wings burst from his back and a black lance came to be in his grip. He flew straight up into the air and sliced through the roof with his lance and then rose further into the sky above the church. Once high in the air his white eyes scanned the area for the creature Wraith, or the hatchet bearing assassin, seemingly not caring for the fire fighters or bystanders below.

*Cameron nods*

<Yeah, I was planning on that.>

Parrot: "Fuck!"

Taiyo: "Pretty good. Although no one bought that parrot. How about you?"

They are nowhere in sight and he has five minutes to land before falling to his likely death.

Down below a Mutant Buster unit it being called in.

Employee: "Then have a look around and I'll meet you at the till when you're ready."

*For the record, they're all answering at around the same time, but not in unison.*

V"I don't think anyone's going to buy it."

T"Good."

A"Thiera busted a pair of Tyranno Boys."

Unable to find them, he turned and began flying away at speed. He would fly for 5 minutes, getting lower and lower to the ground as he went, and eventually drop a few meters to the ground in the far East side of the city.

Taiyo: "Someone might want hi...What?"

She looks over to make sure Kari's not around or at least within earshot.

It's not long before a pair of Mutant Buster vans are within sight down below.

Wraith enters the back of the truck where a black male sits, a large helmet and hatchet at his side.

Zulu: "God, Wraith what happened?"

Wraith: "I accomplished what you did not. I killed the fool priest."

Zulu: "If that's so, where's the head? The professor wanted his head as proof. Don't tell me you let him burn up in there."

Wraith: "The flames won't affect him. He's dead and that just leaves the plant-user and lance-wielder."

Spaniard: "Word is the plant-user was spotted downtown shaking down a couple of Tyranno Boys for their ice cream. Don't you have business downtown, Sai?"

Saifullah: "Aye, but first we need to get these two out of here. And somebody get Wraith a wetnap?"

T"Well...yeah, it happened. At first, they were just getting ice cream, but one had a gun, so I decided to talk to them--you know, incognito--so he pulled it out on me, I subdued them, & then the police showed up."

Grimm looked down and threw his lance, aiming to strike through the front window of one of the vans.

*Cameron grabs something cheap to bleach his hair then starts looking though the different shades of red*

<What would look good on me?>

Taiyo: "They didn't hurt anyone, did they?"

The van swerves. As time runs out, he begins losing altitude. He may be immune to pain or whatever, but he still has some gnarly wounds and had inhaled quite a bit of smoke which likely did a number on his lungs.

Cheap peroxide is easy to find. Dye on the other hand isn't.

Cameron:<You guys better be pitching in on this.>

Eve:<Of course.>

"Yeah, yeah," Jin said. "I blew all the cash I had on that milkshake, I'll pay you back later."

The lance returned to Grimm's hand quickly and he cast it at the second van even as he dropped lower and lower.

T"No, I don't know if they were going to or not. Besides me, obviously. One guy ranted about how I got some guy named 'Sam' locked up."

Taiyo: "There was that time at the burger place...last year?"

That van also swerves although not enough to avoid the lance entirely and ends up taking it around the front drivers side and it promptly crashes into a pole.

As this goes on people begin to panic at the sight of a flying, glowing asshole who's got a foot in the grave trying to murder the police.

*Cameron grabs a dark red dye off the shelf*

Eve:<Fine, I suppose.>
