*All they can see are distant trees surrounding them. She points her mace at Hector.*

"Back off. And not that it's any of your business, but this monster is different from the others. It's smaller. Darker. It stalks me from the trees, the bushes, even the rooftops, but it always manages to slink back into the Black Forest."

"Hmm...maybe...but, I don't want to get them all worked up, only for her to go missing again right away."

Taiyo: "I didn't think she'd want to be found, honestly."

Hector took that step back and said, "And what do you suppose this second discovery you are close to is?"

"You're so fucking stupid. Obviously, it has some reason for going back & forth between me--us, I guess--& the forest."

*Another car, this one a green pick-up truck, drives past without stopping.*

"But maybe we should check in with all of the others, anyway. Can you send me Mimiru's and Azuma's numbers? I'm not sure if I have them."

Taiyo does just that.

"Thank you for sharing. Now enjoy finding a ride," Hector motioned for the others to follow and started heading towards the home. "Astarte, let Euryale know that we couldn't bring Vanessa with us but we have some new information."
Astarte nodded and sent the message.

"I knew you were worthless."

*Euryale sends a message back.*

That defeats the whole purpose of finding Vanessa! >:(

Mimiru is sitting in bed, flipping through an old magazine that sits on Azuma's face as he resolved to lay his head on her lap and refused to move. He lifts the magazine up to look at his phone. Mimiru does the same.

They both respond asking who it is.

"No, sorry, he didn't say, he just kinda left," Gabe explained, "Maybe you should call one of them and find out."

*Eve sits shyly at the end of the table that Gabe and friends are sitting at, and texts Euryale*

Hello, this is Eve Tantus. Is this Euryale?

*Tirea looks out the window for anything that looks suspicious*

Cameron:<What are you doing?>

Tirea:<It could have followed me.>

To Mimiru & Azuma:

To Eve:

*Euryale sighs, choosing not to answer Astarte & Friends.*

"They've ditched Vanessa again. Or Vanessa chased them off. Something like that."

*Another car, a blue van, seems to drive past, but eventually slows to a stop.*

"Whelp, I'm done eating. I'm going to go see if there's anything to do in this po-dunk college town."

*He stands up & heads towards the central staircase.*

*That's when Tirea gets another message. When she opens it, it's a picture of the house, taken from somewhere across the street, what looks like to the left of the window.*

Taiyo: "Neither of those really surprise me."

Mimiru responds asking "What's up?"

They continued on towards home, glancing back to see if Vanessa was going to get in some stranger's vehicle.

Grimm put all of the broken glass in the trash and left, locking up the doors and putting a paper sign, saying 'closed due to vandalism' out the front. He set off towards the police station with his chunk of rock.

Just checking in with everyone. How's Azuma? Do you have any numbers that I don't?

"Yeah, I guess...Mimiru responded back, asking her how Azuma is...Thiera, Roatha, & Nero are downtown together, I have all of their numbers now."

*He's got a ways to walk. The police station is basically on the opposite end of the town as the campus. He could take it to the campus police, but it's doubtful that they have any kind of fancy CSI: Germany equipment.*

Taiyo: "How are you doing? With that "radon" thing and all."

She replies saying he's annoying and asks how Taiyo's doing. She's unsure if she has any numbers Euryale doesn't, although she doesn't have Astarte & co or Monu & co numbers.

They continued on home.

That is a walk Grimm is prepared to make, as he intends to go to the hardware store as well.

"Want company?" Mortal asked, "I had planned on catching a movie or something."

"I planned on catching a movie, you said you were heading to the bar at some point," Gabe pointed out.

"And now there is an opportunity not to have a day too full of filler before heading down there."

"You need AA, or something..."

"I don't mind."

*Senthose digs out his phone to see what's showing, which according to Google is...*

"Evil Dead, Star Trek, Iron Man 3, Scary Movie 5, & GI Joe 3D...I'm not sure I'm feeling any of those."

*Grimm has to pass the downtown district first. He passes Roatha, Nero, & Thiera looking at movie posters, the former 2 clearly not happy to see him.*

"I'm doing fine. I hardly feel it any more, I don't really have problems with fatigue or lack of coordination...I could build some more strength, though. How about you?"

Fine, I guess. It's hard to tell with her sometimes.

*It's been long enough that Aroma gets up to put her clothes back on.*

Taiyo: "All right. Could be better. But I guess I could be worse."

She says that's unfortunate, but with all the weird things going on recently, it's understandable she's pretty bummed out. Hopefully it'll get better soon.

"I wanted to see Star Trek," Gabe said.

"Nerd," Mortal replied, "Though I do like the main character. He is always ready to throw down, even though he loses. I can respect that, I guess."

"Anyway, if you're not up for any of those, what else do you want to do, assuming the obligatory bar trip comes at a socially acceptable hour?"

Grimm stopped and glared at Roatha, then growled, "Did you do it, boy?"

The three kept walking, and Astarte went back to her phone.
She replied to Noct: Hey.
She replied to Cameron: Yeah, we just ran into Vanessa. Unpleasant as ever.

R"You mean dress you in that stupid outfit?"

T"That seems rather rude...."

N"Yeah, but fuck this guy."

"Hmm...we shouldn't just sit around here all day. You wanna go see a movie, or something?"

"I suppose there really isn't anything else to do."

Taiyo: "Sure."

"Star Trek it is," Gabe said standing up with a smile.

"I guess it is," Mortal said, standing up to. "Well, lets get going."

Noct felt her phone vibrating on her desk over her music and looked in that direction. She was still stirring some her batter, so she took the bowl, and whisk with her to her room. She poked through her phone to find who called or texted and noticed it was Astarte. Noct pulled the phone off her charger, since it was fully charged by that point, and sent Astarte a call since she didn't have hands to text with. Holding the phone to her ear with her shoulder, Noct waited for her call to go through as she made her way back to the kitchen.
