Episode Six: Absolute Territory

*Terriermon hops down next to Eve and thugs on her arm*

<Wake up!>

*Kylie starts fiddling with the collar, trying to get it off*

Azuma: "Should at least unstrap her from there."

Taiyo removes the collar for her because they're not hard to take off.

Taiyo: "The others aren't far from here."

*And so Roatha sets to doing that.*

"Lead the way, Love."

*Kylie holds out her hand*

<May I have the collar, please?>

Taiyo: "Umm...sure."

Taiyo gives Kylie the collar and sets off down the stairs.

She falls into his arms. It would be romantic if she weren't unconscious and covered in blood and grime. May have mental trauma as well.

*Kylie gives it to Biyomon*

<Can you take care of this?>

*Biyomon nods and uses Magical Fire on the collar, then the four follow Taiyo*

*Euryale follows.*

"Err...now what?"

Hitomi: "The others are coming."

The signals from the other group are pretty much on top of their's as they're at the bottom of the stairs.

*Cameron calls up the stair*

<Everything alright up there?>

Terriermon:<We hope so...>

*They go down the stairs since I don't know if they can hear him or not.*

Everyone meets down stairs. The interior of the tower remains as dark and grim as the castle was when they first arrived while the hallway the lot of them are in feature white walls and marble floors.

The portraits on the walls begin to fade and break apart, some falling to the floor before they disappear. The hallway the group that had went to rescue Eve went down is a heap of broken images.

Taiyo: "Where do we go from here?"

E"Good question. Also, why is the castle changing?"

*Kylie grins at the rest of the group, while Terriermon clings to Roatha's shoulder as I have no idea if Eve has woken up or not*

Eve has been asleep for maybe ten minutes and no one has considered waking her up, interupting any dream she likely isn't having.

Azuma: "LadyDevimon no longer has any influence over the castle."

Taiyo: "So it's changing back to how it was before?"

Azuma: "I guess."

Taiyo: "Who lived here before?"

Hitomi: "The Goddess of Cats, Bastemon."

Taiyo looks through her D-Terminal, her eyes growing with excitment.

Taiyo: "Is she here? Can we meet her? Can we meet her?"

R"I don't think we should, she's probably a complete bitch."

E"What makes you say that?"

R"She's a cat."

Biyomon:<She's actually really nice!>

*Terriermon starts trying to wake her up*

Taiyo: "Let's go see her."

Taiyo sets off down the hallway, not even knowing if Bastemon is still in the castle.

*They follow.*

R"No, but seriously, with our luck, she's probably going to claw one of our faces off, or piss on someone's shoes."

E"I don't mean to be as negative as Roatha, but we don't even know where she is."

*Presumably Eve wakes up about now*

<Huh, where am I?>

In the main hall, they find themselves to be all alone, no one else in sight. The only sounds are their own

Patamon: "This is where we last saw her. Maybe she left because it kind of sucked here."

Taiyo: "Oh...I guess we go somewhere else then."

E"Well, we don't know where we're supposed to go, anyway. Might as well wander aimlessly."

R"You're wandering the castle aimlessly, apparently."

*Eve looks at Roatha, who I guess is still carrying her*

<Thanks...for helping me.>

Azuma: "There's nothing for us here."

Everyone's D-Terminals go off as they get a message from an unnamed sender. It says to go east to a place where the trees provide no shade.

*Roatha smiles sheepishly. It's more of a half over the shoulder drag, because he's not that strong.*

R"Yeah...no problem...."

*He then looks over Euryale's shoulder. Frowning when he can't see the screen, he looks back at Aroma's instead.*

R"...I vote we not follow creepy instructions from mystery jerks."

Cameron:<A place where the trees provide no shade?>

Eve:<The sun could be directly over head...but I agree with Roatha.>

*Eve tries to stand*
