Mimiru:<We're friends of Thiera's and were wondering if we could accompany your group before we have to return home later today.>

*Thiera comes out in a space-age looking suit that's much more compact than the shit they have on. Her phone rings, & she answers it.*

<Huh? Ah...let them in, I suppose.>

*She hangs up.*

<Oh, sure. Right. Of course you are. Get real, kid.>

<Hang on. They do seem to know about the meeting. Maybe this is worth calling in.>

*He starts dialing, while the other man grumbles something about "stupid woman thinks she runs the show."*

<We've got a couple of kids here. Say they know you & want to attend the meeting. One looks like a homeless man, the other looks like a tomboy. Okay, then.>

*He hangs up.*

<She sounded a little surprised, but she said to let them in.>

"Something going on?"

Allina: <No more than you did. And I was putting on such a nice show, too! Anyway, they drilled something out of the crater, but I couldn't get a good look at it. I'm guessing it can't be good.>

Mimiru:<Thank you.>

"Thanks..."

*They follow the group inside.*

*He started speaking through clenched teeth, pointing at Azuma & Mimiru.*

"You make it sound so casual. Yes, we're ready" Aiden says.

Ren nods, "Yeah"

"We're friends of Thiera."

*As he says this he has a smile on his face that makes him look like a smug douche.*

Allina: <Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go and whip their asses.>

*Koshkey laughs a short, derisive laugh without mirth.*

<So what? You think Thiera's some kind of big shot? She doesn't run the show. I do.>

"There's nothing we can do at this point. They've surely shipped her off to some unknown country. Didn't she say something about making a sacrifice to the volcano if she should be taken?"

*Soon, they're in a helicopter with a glass bottom, overseeing a site in the mountains where they're using machinery to dig into the permafrost. So far, nothing seems to have been uncovered, despite digging for hundreds of feet.*

<The mountain climbing gear is just a precaution. You understand. Snow storms, avalanches, yetis, a lot of things can happen out here. You might end up lost, separated from the group.>

*She drinks hot tea.*

<Ordinarily I'd have wine to offer to you, but...well...considering the climate....>

Allina: <I never thought it'd come to this... Fine. I'll make sure I tell your parents how brave you were.>

"You're really bad at threatening people and making it seem nonchalant, you should work on that" Aiden has his hands folded in his lap.

"Man, and I had a date tonight, you suck Aiden" Ren complained.

"Notice how we're here and it was all thanks to her word and not yours?"

*Azuma slides his hands into his pockets, his thumb on the record button*

*Some of the men look nervous, but say nothing. They notice that Koshkey has a similar pin to theirs, only it's more of a ribbon than a pin, the ribbon portion being red like his robes.*

"I have many reasons to be paranoid" Aiden continues the impromptu vocal poker game.

"She's got enough power to allow tourists to attend a meeting with your secret club."

*Taiyo clings to Euryale.*

"You won't let that happen, right Euryale?"

Allina: <Huh. Where else did you expect to do it, it's like we can throw you into a toilet.>

"No, no, I meant have sex on the volcano. She DID say something 'like' sacrificing a virgin would work."

*2 of the men nod & grab them by their arms, steering them towards the door.*

*She rams her fist into his face with the fury of a hundred volcanoes*

"She's into info mongering, fitting" Aiden snarks.

*Azuma hits record and hooks a leg around the guy grabbing him leg and pushes back with his other foot. Mimiru swings her head back smashing the guy in the nose.*

*The volcano starts to rumble, but as Nero's nose bleeds all over the mountain, it subsides.*

"What the Hell was that for?! Crazy bitch!"

*Euryale looks to be on the verge of tears. Thiera laughs.*

<Oh, did I hit a nerve?>

"It's not that...Ms. Psyche...please. I want my little sister back! She has nothing to do with this!"

*Thiera looks taken aback.*

<Umm...I don't know what to say...Euryale, I'm afraid I never found the 3rd Gorgon. I assumed the statue had been smashed long before I got there.>

"No! It can't be true! You're lying, stop lying to me!"

*She suddenly springs up & grabs Thiera by both hands around the throat. Thiera resumes her calm, icy gaze.*

*Koshkey generates a fire ball in one hand & lops it at Mimiru's face.*

*Mimiru kicks the guy holding her in the knee and spins around so his back is facing Koshkey. Presumably on the floor, Azuma wriggles his arms free and elbows the guy in the ribs before standing up*

"That's a neat trick you got there."

*Taiyo looks shocked and amazed for a moment, but doesn't do anything because fuck that bitch.*

"Euryale has sisters...?"

The black lines crawl across Aiden's face quickly now but he bites his tongue drawing blood. The lines subside.

Ren however has already sprung into action, a hard palm on it's way to meet Thiera's face.

*She hugs him, smiling*

Allina: <You're such a jerk. Next time I'll throw you into volcano. (I'm serious.)>
