*The elevator has buttons for all of the floors, plus the roof, about 5 floors of basement, & a crack of some sort in the panel under the basement floor buttons, in which a light is blinking.*

*She walks around the fallen Vega like a cougar circling her prey.*

*She bites her lip as she sticks her index finger in the crack.*

*It falls away revealing an unlabelled button under the blinking light.*

"See you then." Zell said. She then shot a glance toward the kitchen, slightly hungry.

*Lilith emerges slightly later with the food.*

L"I am glad to see that neither of you has died."

*She leans back on her heels.*

<Silence, fool. You will be sent home upon your release. You will behave as though none of this has happened. Then, at the end of the week, you will move to Paradigm-2 of your own accord. Do I make myself clear?>

*The elevator closes & starts to descend. It takes her about 20 minutes to reach her destination. When the elevator opens, it opens onto a large, subterranean cavern. Stage lights activate, illuminating the occasional odd school of fish swimming above the glass ceiling. In the center of the room, heavily chained up as though for fear it will go on a rampage, is a dragon-like Megadeus. There are similar elevator shafts all around it.*

"Sure?"

*She approaches the Megadeus, eyes wide open in surprise.*

[It's another one of those...]

Zell raised an eyebrow, "I am... glad as well?" She said a bit hesitantly. "The food smells delicious, as always." Zell said, now slightly hungrier than she was a second ago.

*She starts shovelling food on their plates.*

L"Eat it quickly so that you don't die."

T"I don't think you understand. When I said that humans can die from lack of foot, I actually meant that it takes about a week."

L"Oh. Then you don't need this."

*She swipes Zell's plate away just as she's about to take a bite. Thiera starts massaging her temples.*

T"Why me?"

*The last thing he sees before waking up on the floor of apartment is Barbatos's fist.*

*The Megadeus's eyes start to glow & so does a computer console that all of the chains connect to.*

*Vega sits up, groaning.*

"Part of me never wants to meet that woman again."

Zell looks at Lilith with a sad face, "Hey, wait... I'm hungry..."

*Slowly, reluctantly, she gives the plate back. Thiera's already downed about 5 shrimp.*

*Hitomi's phone rings again. She also has to clean the floor where she peed herself from shock.*

[It's ringing again? I don't like this.]

*She takes the phone off the reciever.*

"Hello."

"Thank you." Zell said, a bit hesitantly, unsure if a response will trigger another plate snatching. With that, Zell begins to eat her food.

*After they'd been eating for about 10 minutes, a giant metal fist punches through the ceiling. Lilith glances at it, then glances at them each in turn.*

T"...I don't suppose you had any giant robot boys coming over, did you? You are at that age."

L"I'm carbon dated at 208."

T"That's fascinating. So, that's not a potential android lover, then?"

L"Impossible. I do not have genitals."

T"So you know what genitals are, but you don't know what dying is?"

Zell backs up to the far wall, plate still in hand. "How are you guys so calm?!" She asked in a high pitched voice.

T"Did you forget that I have an android as well as my own Megadeus?"

*The robot breaks through, revealing a crotch-level cockpit with what appears to be a mummy in a suit, grinning madly, sitting inside.*

T"That, however, is a little unnerving."

*He glances sideways at Zell, then double-takes, staring at her intently. After the inital shock subsides, he snarls at her, not unlike a wild animal.*
