"What do you mean keep it? This isn't a lost puppy, I can't just take it home with me, besides, what would I do with it?" Zell asked.

"Can we arrange a meet?"

*The Megadeus falls over, its arm stretching out to the domes.*

T"Sure. Whatever. How about tomorrow?"

L"Thiera has a Megadeus. It has proven useful."

*Gelu Chalybs approaches the downed Megadeus and fires some more rounds into it.*

"Let's meet at your place... I'll come alone."

*She reluctantly walks into the chest, being taken to the head on a lift.*

Topaz: <Another of these things... who left it here?>

"Yes, but that is because she runs around looking for more in dark, underground tunnels. I'm, well, a painter!" Zell said looking from the Megadeus to Lilith.

Barbatos<I must insist that you stop that immediately.>

T"Yes, fine, whatever."

*She hangs up.*

T"Hey, I didn't ask to be attacked by a crazy hobo!"

*Schwarzwald starts rooting around in his pockets.*

*Once that runs by the viewscreen, it changes to an image of the building above, which is now over half filled with water.*

['Cast in the name of God'?]

*She stares at the image for a while before starting to press some buttons.*

[Maybe there's a slight chance I can use this thing to get back to the surface.]

Zell sees Schwartzwald rummaging in his pockets and fears he may have a weapon, so she quickly takes a step towards him and stomps on his forearm to stop whatever attack he may have planned.

*Karei Tsuki raises its rifle aiming at Gelu Chalybs who lowers its own rifle.*

[Was there mention of a second Megadeus? I don't recall.]

Vera<He is your support. Now zat your job is done, you may return ze Megadeus to ze zewer.>

*In an hour or 2, the police show up to take Schwarzwald away, & Thiera has taken the dishes off of the tabel & is now using it as a work bench to sauder Lilith's limbs back on.*

T"The Megadeus 'mysteriously disappeared' into a place that's NOT my basement, so there are absolutely no loose ends whatsoever. Other than why we were attacked by a crazy mummy hobo, of course."

L"My records of the newspapers report that there has been only one victim of that level of burns in 30 years: The reporter Michael Seebach. But he was murdered by Senthose Rasheverek."

T"Really, now? Well, that is interesting."

L"You need better hobbies."

"Understood."

*Hitomi returns Kanrei Tsuki to the hole that it created upon bursting from the ground.*

"Senthose is the person with eyes like mine correct, maybe that is what he was getting at when he yelled at me." Zell said.

<For your convenience, should you disobey me, I will come to your own home to torture you. How's that sound?>

T"Maybe, but it still doesn't explain much. What, is he racist against albinoes? There, good as new."

*Lilith sits up & flexes her newly re-attached arm & leg.*

"I'll get back to you on that."

"I'm not albino!" Zell said a bit indignant. "Not that I have anything against albinos or anything..." Zell added. As Lilith was fixed Zell smiled, "Great, you're whole again."

L"And yet I feel strangely empty. Everyone has a giant robot but me."

T"It's late, we'll resolve that problem in the morning."

Zell nods, "Uh, if you say so." Zell stands up, "Good night you two." She said with a smile. With that she walked back to her room finding that, luckily, the angry megadeus didn't harm her room, or her painting. Letting out a sigh of relief Zell pulled off her clothes, and changed into pajamas before finally going to bed.

~Timeskip to the next morning!~

*Zell finds a note has been taped to her door. It says that there's a spare kitchen on the 2nd floor, opposite side of the house, for just such an occasion.*

Zell goes through her morning routine, then goes to the other kitchen.

*After getting dressed and eating breakfast, Hitomi made her way to the library.*

*Vega reluctantly got out of bed and got dressed to go about the day.*

Luna strode up to Thiera's door, casting a few glances around to make sure she wasn't being followed, before knocking and waiting in silence.

*Lilith is there, making pancakes.*

L"Hello."

*Thiera opens her door in a white bath robe, hair askew, eyes half-closed, red, & heavily bagged, & jaw twitching.*
