Oh, SoulKing...if posting porn online was illegal because minors could stumble across it, AND the government could actually do something about it, ED would have been shut down ages ago. 4Chan probably would've been shut down first, because Japan is harsher with its porn laws.

Moreover, if you COULD convince the government to come after the person who posted that, it wouldn't help you very much because Entranced (who is the one who actually posted those images) was using proxy servers and what I posted came from some kind of blog or information site, so the only thing I could be booked on would be violation of copyright, and good luck getting anyone to pursue that idiotic case.

I DID look into the laws regarding a third party posting internet porn, and aside from copyright, I couldn't find ANYTHING. So I'm not sure whether the "demographic" of the site matters. That would, of course, open up a whole new can of worms, considering places like the FF Wiki & Bleach Forums, which are based off of things meant for teens & young adults, for some reason insist on trying to be "family-friendly."

Well, if it disturbs you so much why not just join a forum where they got an adult section? In there one can roam relatively free, depending on the rules. By that I mean things like 'no child porn' which I find fair.

Tsuki: Basically, what happened is that, while Entranced was spamming all of that porn, SoulKing herped a derp and thought he could outsmart us by pointing out that it's "technically illegal." (A) this probably isn't true (B) even if it is, no one's going to do anything about it & (C) so is watching pirated anime/manga.
