Zeno: <Shit, we gotta go! Those guys are bad news!>

Spider: <Oh crap, it's him again...>

Edge: <Looks like things are pretty bad on both sides right now...>

"Then we should retreat" Alto says.

CrashMan: <Oh come on! Not you again!>

Jack: <So a bunch of wimpy scientists and the hot new mayor are there. So what? I vote we ambush them.>

IceMan: <He's turning away, and he's pretty far. I don't think he's seen us. Do we ambush him or retreat. Guys? Kelphy?>

Kelphy: <They could get us arrested... or worse.>

*Kelphy's too busy with shit of her own to answer her Navi. Razz storms through one of the many doors around into an old dark office. Kelphy follows, as the knob on the door to the room Olympe and the researchers are in starts turning.*

Minato and Alto follow.

"No, net yet..." Axl says.

*Jack follows quickly*

Jack: <Meh.>

CrashMan: <He already knows we're here. Hell, we just beat down one of his butt buddies. He's just being a dick.>

*Zeno scurries after the others, knowing that he'd probably be in deep shit if he gets caught with them.*

*Edge quickly dashes to follow them*

Spider: <I've got something to say to that bastard...>

*Spider walks until he's about 5 feet behind him.*

Spider: <Hey!>

*The Hollow Warden turns to face them.*

*Through the little window on the old office's door they see out to the hallway, but they can't be seen 'cause it's pretty dark in there, the only light coming from the room the researchers are in across the hallway. Olympe exits firts, then the sexy young leader Aera Turmill, with long blond hair and blue eyes in a white lab coat, then a few unknown researchers, including Ella's father, and finally, Kelphy's father, in a lab coat like all of the others. Kelphy starts forward but Razz grabs her arm, pulling her back. They hear them speak outside.*

Male Researcher: <So the boy is in Madrid?>

Aera: <Yes. The program is almost complete. I'll be flying to Lisbon to get the last stack of material shortly.>

Male Researcher: <Olympe, what about the test operation in Seabreeze?>

Olympe: <Successful, though we were unable to access a few networks.>

Male Researcher: <Oh?>

Olympe: <People who were out of town, mostly. I obviously can't just hack into the networks, it's supposed to be a city hall operation. Though a few of those people... Well, it's kind of suspicious they are missing, considering what happened the day I took over the city hall.>

Male Researcher: <You mean... those kids?>

Olympe: <Yeah, annoying brats. Kelphy Colsun, ...>

*She glances at Kelphy's father, who stares back at her blankly.*

Olympe: <... Edge Marinson, Alto Harmonia, and Zeno Kiphastis, though that one we know where--Wait. Where did he go?>

Mr. Roca: <He should be somewhere around here with Ella. I'll go find them.>

Olympe: <There's another problem. We detected one of the samples leaving the city after the operation... and coming to Paris. Jack Skifter.>

Aera: <It could be a coincidence, though.>

Olympe: <I-->

*She widens her eyes as they hear a "beep" sound and takes her PET out of her pocket. She holds it out to the group, and on the screen they see the Hollow Warden facing Spider and the rest of the gang in the distance.*

Aera: <Maybe not.>

"Well so much for the element of surprise you dumbass Spider! That ain't cool!"

"Doesn't matter now Axl" Starman prepares to fight.

"Get a grip on your navi Edge" Alto tells him harshly.

Edge: <Hey, I can't help it. He does whatever he wants anyway.>

Spider: <...If you're not going to acknowledge me, I'm going to come at you!>

*Spider throws a card at the knight and jumps back.*

Jack: <Samples?! What the hell did she do to my network?!>

CrashMan: <Time for Round 2, metalhead! Kiss your ass goodbye!>

*CrashMan fires off a Crash Bomber at a curve, aiming for one of the knees*

Zeno: <I need to get the fuck out of here... They'll know I'm gone... AND I need to get Protoman back!>

*He takes a deep breath.*

Zeno: <Alright, time to be a hero!>

*He kicks open the door, looking pretty damn pissed.*

Zeno: <GIVE ME BACK PROTOMAN, YOU BASTARDS!>

*The card explodes into the knight, and the drill flies into the explosion. When the smoke clears, he is still just standing there. IceMan starts running around.*

IceMan: <No, wait! Please, don't! Kelphy! Kelphy!!>

Razz: <What are you, stupid?!>

*Olympe turns around and draws a gun that she points at them.*

Olympe: <Looks like we found our rats.>

*Razz darts out, tackling her onto the floor. She shoots at the ceiling, and Zeno's PET's shoots out of her trench coat spinning across the floor. The scientists all rush down the hallway in the direction opposite to the elevator.*

Kelphy: <Father, wait!>

*She chases after them, and her father walks away from the rest of the researchers towards her, grabbing her arm.*

Mr. Colsun: <You need to get out of this, if you don't want to get hurt. Go back to Seabreeze and stop looking for me. I'll be taking my NetNavi so you don't try to pull a hero act again.>

*He rips her PET out of her other hand and pushes her away, causing her to fall on her butt. He then presses a button on the wall and an iron wall falls down in between them, blocking the hallway off. On the other side, they soon hear the jet take off in the hangar. Still sitting on the floor, Kelphy starts tearing up.*

Kelphy: <D-Dad... IceMan...>

"Shit... THIS IS YOUR FAULT YOU IDIOTS!" Alto spin kicks at Edge's face. Considering the fact that Alto wears steel toed boots this would most likely hurt like a bitch.

Minato walks over to Kelphy and gives her a supporting hug after sitting down with her.

"I can't believe it. Their Net Ops are just as dumb as they are" Axl says in reference to Spider and Protoman.

*Edge flies back a few feet and quickly gets up.*

Edge: <Heh... you're lucky I'm used to this kind of pain.>

*Edge scans the situation.*

Spider: <Ha, what a mess this is.>

Edge: <You shouldn't be talking right about now.>

Jack: <Kelphy, this isn't the end. We're getting them back no matter what. There's no way I'm letting these bastards get away with whatever they want.>

CrashMan: <Quit with the corny righteous act, hero. What's important now is we figure out what the hell we're doing next.>

Jack: <Hey, I'm just trying to be nice, alright? I think all of us need to calm down a bit before we go jumping on another plane to....where'd they say they were going? Spain? Portugal?>

*Zeno picks up the PET and sighs in relief.*

Protoman: <Good to be back, Zeno.>

*Zeno just nods, then lets out an angered yell.*

Zeno: <DAMMIT!>

IceMan: <Father, don't do this! Give me back! Give me-->

*IceMan is jacked out. The Hollow Warden continues to just stand there.*

*I'm sure Edge has lots of trouble saying that considering how swollen and sore his jaw must be. Kelphy just sits there crying and staring at the iron wall as Minato hugs her and Jack speaks.*

Razz: <...Thanks... guys!>

*Olympe kicks Razz off of her, gets up, and points her gun at him.*

Olympe: <I'm starting to get sick of you kids. Listen to what Colsun said and go back to Seabreeze. If you bother us again, I'll make sure it's the last time.>

*She steps back, pointing the gun around at them.*

Olympe: <Out of here. Now.>

*Kelphy wipes her tears with the back of her hands and gets up, giving Minato a slight smile before heading into the elevator. Razz follows.*

Alto and Minato jack into the nearest port and jack their navis out.

"Let's go" Alto says before following the others with Minato in tow.

*Zeno, in a fit of rage, makes a grab at the gun Olympe is holding.*

Protoman: <You idiot!>

*Edge, seeing Zeno make an attempt joins in by swooping to go at her feet.*

Jack: <Normally, I'd say this is a great chance to get some information...But seriously, guys? Fighting a woman?>

*Jack jacks out CrashMan and goes into the elevator*

*Olympe jumps forward, landing with a foot right on Edge's crotch the moment he is sliding beneath her, and breaking Zeno's nose with the gun. She then steps away from them and points the gun at them again.*

Olympe: <You two never learn your lesson, do you? I don't forget people who betray me.>

*She uses a code on the wall to open the iron wall, runs to the other side, and lowers it again. A plane ticket to Russia is left sitting on the floor next to Zeno and Edge.*
