The City Of Love

*She blushes slightly and smiles. She then motions them to move down the street. Soon, they're standing outside the Seabreeze airport.*

Kelphy: <...I'm going to Paris.>

Olympe: <You know, you might come to be more useful than I had initially imagined.>

*Two bodyguards walk in grab Zeno by the arms, dragging down the hall.*

Edge: <...Ehhh?>

Spider: <That's nice and all, but how do you intend to just... get to Paris just like that?>

Edge: <Spider's right, how do you plan on getting there?>

Zeno: <What the hell are you gonna do to me!?>

Kelphy: <I will buy a plane ticket. Three, in case you want to... hum... come along?>

[I really don't want to go alone...]

*They don't say a word. They drag him to the back of the Town Hall, tie him up, and throw him into the back of a van that soon starts moving.*

Edge: <Uh, sure, sure.>

"I'm game but we can go by my family's jet if you like. Its not being used at the moment since my grandparents went on a tour by boat. Only if you want to."

Zeno: <Russia's gonna be AWESOME! YEAH! YOU WAIT AND SEE!>

Kelphy: <I... don't want to draw anymore attention... Maybe some other time. Thank you.>

*She smiles warmly and heads inside and to the counter, buying three first class tickets to Paris.*

*The van stops somewhere and he's dragged out. He's inside a large, seemingly underground hangar with a small jet up ahead. He's thrown into the jet and the roof starts opening in two.*

"Alright."

*Edge follows her inside.*

*It doesn't take long for them to depart. Kelphy is sitting between Edge and Alto. There's a small screen with a jack-in port on the back of each seat.*

Iceman: <Maybe we could battle while we wait. It's an... let's see... 11 hour flight after all.>

Kelphy: <...P-Paris is around 8 hours ahead of us, we'll be skipping quite a few hours of the day... We will probably be very tired in a while.>

Iceman: <Let's do it while you're still feeling good. Spider, Axl?>

*A small grin forms on Spider's previously bored face.*

Spider: <Sure, it's not like there's anything better to do right now.>

"I need to update my chip registery with Iceman's chip. Then we're good to go" Alto says.

<"Yeah. I'm itching to try it out again too">

Zeno: <RUSSIA. IS. AWESOMEEEEEEEEEE!>

*He makes hilarious attempts of defiance.*

Kelphy: <Oh, they have that function here?>

*She jacks in.*

Kelphy: <I-It seems we can even recharge our PETs, great...!>

*She recharges her PET's UB.*

*He hears a familiar voice in the dark.*

Olympe: <Are you going to yell during the entire trip? I might see myself forced to rip your eyeballs off.>

*Zeno shuts up.*

Zeno: (Just 'cause you think you're so sexy doesn't mean you have to be a bitch...)

*Edge shrugs and recharges his PET's UB.*

Alto does the same as well as switching out V-gun for Iceman.

*Iceman, Spider and Axl appear online. The network has blue panels for a floor and the background is a blue sky with pixelated clouds drifting by. A few other Navi are walking around in the distance, probably belonging to other passengers. Iceman randomly hurls a snowball at Spider's face.*

Iceman: <Merry Christmas!>

Kelphy: <...But it's Spring.>

Axl points and laughs at Spider, "AHAHAHHAHAHA!!"

*Spider wipes the snow off his face, a neutral expression now on his face.*

Spider: <Yeah, yeah, yeah, joke's on me.

*Spider shrugs and a small smile crosses his face.*

Iceman: <I say Axl and Spider battle each other first! I can watch. And throw snowballs.>

*Kelphy chuckles slightly.*

"Sounds fair enough to me" Axl says.

<"I'm cool with it too"> Alto chimes in.

Spider: <That okay with you, Edge?>

Edge: <What? I don't care, just do it already!>

*Spider shrugs and turns to Axl, pulling out a card as he does so.*

Spider: <Well, I'm ready whenever you are.>

Axl draws his Axl guns, "Ready"
