It is not required to join a Squad, it is, however, required to be a Vice-Captain.

Even so, you can't have an Inner World, a Zanpakuto Spirit and no Shikai. Fairly sure of that.

No, you can, you just would not be cognizant of them. He didn't say that his character stopped in on his Inner World every other Wednesday to shoot the breeze, he simply detailed what it was.

Either way, Wolf, it would be smart to create a shikai, or, better yet, since you're using Ragna as your character, simply say that his Zanpakuto is a constant release, and looks like the sword in the picture.

Even if it is in "constant release" (which isn't an idea I really like) you still need to describe it's abilities and stuff.

Constant release simply doesn't mean he is super strong, it simply means that at the time of the first release the Shinigami did not have good control over his/ her spiritual pressure. It doesn't even bar said shinigami from learning to control their spiritual pressure, just that they couldn't in the beginning.

I know, I've just never liked the idea. It reminds me too much of Pikachu never going in it's Poke Ball just because it didn't want to.

I wouldn't mind joining to help you get it running but Neon would get mighty mad and there's a chance I'd be as active as I am in BRP.
