I don't mean to sound like an idiot, but what was the Great Wutai War exactly?

Like Wutai from Final Fantasy or something I assume?

It was the Final Fantasy VII RP I did. It started out during the Wutai war, but branched out when I had to pull a plot out of my ass. I thought that everything was lost when the old forum was removed for being inactive for years

Unfortunately that was not the case apparently.

By the way, so everyone knows I'm in the process of moving and will be leaving next Monday on July 13. I should eventually get Internet in my family's temporary home. I'll let everyone know when that is.

Oh yeah, I forgot that was a thing that I was going to do. Now that I'm at my dad's computer, I just have to put in the thumb drive, copy the contents of the document, & past them in a topic. I put a Google Docs link & a blurb about it at the bottom of the 1st post in the "Great Wutai War Reboot" topic in Planning. As I say in my latest post on that topic, you're not missing much if you don't check it out, because it is mostly data on characters that aren't around anymore.

Thanks for giving me the link. Since we're getting the truck on Saturday and what not I'm not sure how much more posting I'll be able to do here until I get down there, but I'll do my best to try to get at least one more Kingdom Hearts post in there if you get an opportunity to post before I'm off. I hope that this won't hold things up at all!

I got my computer back with a new hard drive today &, so far, everything appears to be functioning. However, the new hard drive is a mere 221 GB, of which 164 is free. And this is before trying to re-download any games. But I did re-download Skype & Firefox.

Hey, only a few gigs are actually free on what I'm working from now to be honest. I'm typing this from a netbook since my actual desktop PC has been packed away in preparation for leaving, but I hope I can get a post out in a few.

Do you think that maybe an external hard drive of some sort can work to export some stuff off out to? I'm not sure what kind of software that you're running that ended up taking up that much space, but I figure from what you're saying you've installed quite a bit of other stuff.

It wasn't me, this is a new hard drive.

Also, now I have to figure out what plug-ins I'm missing. Yay.

You may also want to check if you downloaded Flash already that you have the most recent version. I know it was just updated.

I have Flash now, & so far, everything appears to be in working order.

Firefox was the 1st thing I downloaded, followed swiftly by adblock.

Downloaded my old friend the YouTube to MP3 Converter last night.

At some point, I have to go get Steam & FFVII back.

Interestingly, I somehow now have 188 GB free, even though I've downloaded more things.

More than likely you had some sort of temporary file or some sort of installation file that was sitting around. Eventually the operating system is supposed to delete these, though running disk cleanup or manually removing them can accomplish the same task. If you need any help with it, then let me know. I'll try to help you out as time permits.

Gah, everyone around here is getting all sneeze-ridden as it were from the pine trees dropping all their pollen this time of year, so I can totally relate there.

Yeah, stuff's always going around my school. I wish I had gotten to that flu shot now.

Just cleanse your innards with gallons of alcohol, and use good old fashion tobacco smoke to clear up those sinuses. Don't need those fancy so-called medicines.
