I'm pretty sure they joked about it somewhere in Lord of the Rings.

I know he isn't accepting Asamair and Tieflings so Dego's one char isn't gonna pass.

I should have specified that I'm only accepting core races. These would be Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Half Elf, Half Orc, Halfling, Human. This doesn't outright exclude those other races from existing in the world, but they cannot become PCs.

I already no.jpg'd Seraph's character before, thought that was on more than just race, so it is only fair I act accordingly. You cannot have a tiefling, despite how cool they are. The halfling is fine however.

Damn...hm...maybe I'll just stick with Rygar for now. See if once we get into it if I want another character.

Appearance: Shoulder-length red hair, yellow eyes, dark skin, large bosom. She tends to wear leather clothing that keeps her arms & legs free to move.

Personality: Euryale is an optimistic & affectionate girl. She possesses a keen mind, but it isn't always noticeable, because she has a habit of letting her emotions cloud her judgment. She does not like to show sadness, but can be quick to anger. She has a strong sense of obligation, & fiercely refuses to back down from a confrontation.

Background: Euryale's parents were either unable or unwilling to care for her, as she was given to a Temple of Sarenrae to raise. As such, she was taught religion. They tried to teach her magic, but she wasn't that great at it. The decision to train her as a monk was inspired by an off-hand comment about a woman training to be a paladin in another temple. Once she was trained, she thanked the temple for their efforts, & decided to set off to see the world as an unofficial way of continuing her training. Whenever she needs to make money, she gives impromptu lessons in monking.

If you're talking about the weapon section in the character sheet you would list one in primary hand, then the one not being used in Items.

No Tiefling? Any particular reason? Take away the Darkness special ability and the resistances, and it's equal/below average to other races. If it's a thematic thing fine but I didn't make him to exploit anything, I just enjoyed the character idea.`

Also you are aware a level 4 character should have more in the range of 4000 gold, yes?

I understand Tieflings aren't game breaking by any stretch of the imagination, it is just a personal preference. Once again, don't feel like I'm trying to be a dick and single out your character, I already shot down Seraph.

As for the wealth to level ratio, yes, I understand, and as a Gunslinger with a shitty gun I understand better than most. That said, I always felt that it is a good feeling when a character has to work for their badass loot, not start off the game with masterwork everything. So yes, you're a bit poor, but things are going to get better.

Edit. And just in case Seraph missed it in the Character Sheet page, you did your Class Feats wrong. Skill =/= Feats. While I'm on that note, please realize that Humans get an extra starting Feat, so Neo, Senthose still has one to go.

Personality:
Marcus doesn't take life seriously. In fact, he doesn't really do much with life. Death is just another stage of it. The only thing he takes seriously is passing over and takes the time to give the dead their last rites and sends them to Phara, when the opportunity exists. He's had a good eye for coin, women, and food, which has gotten him in too many a tough situations and sometimes out of them.

In combat, he uses his surprising grace to defeat his opponents. He shows no mercy, not passing judgment of who deserves to die and to live. If you face his blade, fate will decide if you die or he does. If you have the coin, he'll undertake any task as he leaves his morals behind. Outside of combat, he is a fun-loving, self-proclaimed ladies man that spends most of his time in the sins of life. If he's not at the tavern, check the brothel. Music is soothing to him and he often indulges in a long concert. His music reflects his last mission, with longer and more fierce songs reflecting the dangers and the results generally considered tragic. It's the only hint that he ever cared for the damage he may cause and the lives he takes.

Background:
Marcus was born to a well off family in the city. He was raised to love music, art, politics, everything the noble families wanted from their son. He wanted none of it. He despised all of the complications that came with such things. Except music, it had a soothing simplicity that he enjoyed and ended up learning to play a flute. By day he sat through class after class with private tutors for trivial things in this world that he could not care for. By night, he hired out his own teachers, thieves, thugs, the occasional knight. Anyone that could and would teach him how to use a blade, defend himself, and take a life was offered coin.

When his father found out, Marcus was nearly disowned and sent to the streets, but as the family's hired swords tried to remove him from the property, he held his own and fought them off. His father was so impressed, he decided to see what future Marcus could have in this field. He tried very hard to get Marcus into knighthood, but it was nothing that he wanted, a position driven by rules and politics. Marcus had taken up studies with friends in the path of Phara and it enlightened him. Death was the simplest thing in the world. He decided he wanted to be a doorway for the dying, even if it meant he was the reason they were. Though, he didn't see it that way. It was fate that killed people, he was just the weapon that did it.

Marcus lied to his father and told him he was going to become a knight, but he needed to look the part. He got coin from his father and bought his weapons and armor and then set out into the world as nothing more than a sword for hire, a hand of Phara, to bring a balance to the world.

Appearance: Verano keeps himself clean and presentable whenever possible, and unless in need to keep himself protected will wear good clothes rather than armor. However considering his chosen hobby, he is often in his rather well made armor, engraved with his house crest. As far as his physical attributes go, he's a fit, if thin, figure with tanned skin and green eyes, with completely black hair he keeps short. He's heard too many stories of people being grabbed by their hair while trying to make a run from nasty creatures.

Occupation: Undead Hunter

Deity: Not strictly religious, but pays his respects to Phara and the dead.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Personality: Verano is a proud man with a sense of professionalism and a hatred of undead to match any paladin or cleric. He doesn't like to talk about himself, or his reasons for doing things, but he is friendly and willing to help out many causes. However this only ever goes as far as he feels like going, and he has a strong sense of self preservation that keeps him from committing to any cause, even his own, to the end.

Background: Delacroix is a name cursed by many and unknown by more. Not all that long ago they were a small, but prosperous, noble family in Salis. A good shipping business contributed immensely to their wealth, and they lived comfortably. However there was a dark secret, a great number of dark secrets really, about the family. As it turns out, it was led by a Patriarch that's been head of the family since well before the Border War, though no one outside the family knew about him. Sebastion Lacroix was, as it turns out, a Vampire. Verano only met the Patriarch once, as a young boy, and was chilled to the core by the unnatural presence of who he was told to call Grandfather.

It wasn't lax on the vampire's part, or any change of heart on the family's part, that led to his revelation and the subsequent purging of the Delacroix house. One of Verano's uncles had no interest in growing old and faking death to simply become a thrall vampire living under Sebastion's shadow. He took a dark road, and chased lichdom. Verano never found out if he succeeded, but he was found out either way, and the trail led back to many other dark secrets in his family's history. Very few of the family were spared the reckoning that came, and only little Verano, spirited away by his mother, was able to escape his family name.

They lived quiet lives, for a long time, Verano grew up under the shadow of terrible dreams of paladins storming his home and a horde of vampires swarming from the catacombs beneath. He learned only a fraction of his family's dark past, but it filled him with a terrible need to find some sort of repentance. After years of training himself, he's begun on a journey to find something to cleanse himself of his family's sins. His hatred of the undead is total, and he hunts down rumours of Necromancers as zealously as any Paladin.
