These values are, of course, base values, and don't take into account any feats that might affect AC, like Mage Armor, etc.

what does touch and flat foot mean?

Touch AC: The attack doesn't have to get past armor or anything, just hit you, for instance, most magic attacks (like Shocking Grasp) go against touch. Pain in the ass to slice a guy in full plate, not so hard to touch him with electrified hand.

Flat Foot means you've been denied your dexterity bonus, caught offguard, ect. Your armor can still protect you, but you have no real preperation to dodge.

Senthose has the constitution of an anemic little girl.

Because you have only a +3 from your Dex, and no armor. You'll need to cover that loss in AC with spells.

There are already two characters in this party dedicated to killing the undead. Probably more, but Seraph's last post has me so confused I don't even want to address it.

I think he's asking do those numbers mean like a resistance to flatfoot or a weakness to experience flatfoot.
