*Senthose Gates out, reappearing at the Chaos Gate. He stays out of sight from Noctis. The only way she'd see he was there is if she was in third person view & zoomed out.*

"Then I nominate Sab or Thiera as brand new players to be the ones to do it"

Monudon:[ This whole place seems mushroom themed.]

*Monudon continues walking*

Hector dashed straight at the closest Mushroom King and slashed at it with his cutlass.

Noctis shook her head, "I have not been in a party since level 2. I'm a solo player, so your information must be wrong."

"Oh no," Sab shook her head, "I'm not new, I'm level 5 already. Mortal is the new play-- Mortal!"

Mortal chucked her sword into the spring, "What? He was leaving it to the new guys, and I'm a new guy. Thiera can have the next one." After that Mortal goes fishing for her sword.

*After the sword is chucked in, the spring begins to glow. Some of the water ripples, gathering together & emerging as an enormous waterdrop shape with a stupidly grinning face on it.*

<Was it a golden axe you dropped? Or...was it a silver axe?>

*Two mushrooms are near the mushroom boulder. They turn to her.*

<Mushroom! ...Mushroom!>

*The Mushroom King is instantly dropped down to critical health as it attacks him.*

*Silver Knight's eyes glow red.*

Silver Knight: My information could indeed be wrong...or you could be lying, couldn't you?

"I use swords..." Mortal said, confused.

"I do not care enough to lie about it," Noct said, "If I was working with some cat guy I would tell you and be done with it rather than have this conversation drag on any longer."

Hector attempted to parry the Mushroom King's attack.

*Hector is not fast enough & ends up stabbed in the face. The monster then begins running from him.*

*Mortal gets back the same sword, but it is now a bit longer.*

E"That's about the size of a default Long Arm weapon."

*The spirit spins around & rockets into the sky. The spring that is left behind becomes dull in color & is now filled with leaves.*

Silver Knight<I hardly think that should be your attitude towards a fellow player. Let alone the second in command of the Crimson Knights.>

"Cool beans," Mortal said, testing it out, "Seems to work the same, it is just longer."

Sab smiled, "Good for you."

"Whether you think that should be my attitude or not, it simply is," Noct shrugged, "Now listen. I didn't do anything wrong, and I've never partied with some cat guy. I hope you find who you were looking for, but that person isn't me."

Hector grabbed his face with one hand and ran after the Mushroom King, waving his cutlass at it.
"You piece of shit!"

*The Mushroom King is hit by one of his attacks & drops dead.*

Euryale: Yeah, range is a basic property of weapons in The World. The Spring of Myst usually changes basic properties & stats before granting special skills.

*The Silver Knight turns & walks away. Zalera backs up & leans against a building.*

Zalera: You should really be careful around the Crimson Knights. They take playing by the rules VERY seriously. Though, they're just ordinary players, so I suppose it isn't that big of a deal if you're at a high enough level.

"Take that!" Hector laughed and hit it another time before it disappeared. His other hand was still pressed against his face.

"Stop following me or I'll report you," Noct said, tempted to log out and call it quits for the day.

Zalera: Well, aren't we paranoid? I think the Silver Knight might be on to something. The way you behave, it's really suspicious.

*When the Mushroom King vanishes, it leaves behind a blue treasure chest.*

Hector took his free hand from his face and opened the chest.

Having had enough of this shit Noct logs off.

"Yea, Mortal, we've got a test in the morning," Sab said.

Mortal frowned, "Alright then. It was nice playing with all of you."

*Purple gas seeps out of the chest & inflicts him with the Poison status. He begins glowing purple, bubbles emerge from his mouth, pushing their way out between his fingers, & a few of his HP disappear every second. The Second Mushroom King approaches him from behind.*

Thiera: I think I'm gonna head out too.

*Everyone Gates Out into Mac Anu. Euryale turns to a certain Twin Blade.*

Euryale: Hey, you said you weren't going to be on today.

Zalera: I did no such thing. That was my brother.

Euryale: Oh. What are you doing here?

Zalera: Flame baiting.

"What is flame baiting?" Mortal asked.

"That's cool," Hector said, turning to face the second Mushroom King. "I'll have to deal with you before I heal this poison, I suppose."

Zalera: That's when you infuriate someone to the point that they do stupid, reckless things, & get themselves banned.

Thiera: That sounds incredibly mean.

Zalera: I look at it this way: If you're going to solo, be self-sufficient. If you can't be self-sufficient, then at least be useful to someone who is. Do one of those two things, & we won't have any problems.

Euryale: What on Earth are you talking about?
