Noct opens the chest, just knowing she was about to get slapped in the face with a mimic.

Hector attempted a parry by smacking the spear aside with his blade.

*Noctis receives a Recovery Drink.*

*Since things weren't specified, I'm going to assume everyone is attacking the same Mimic. It reaches out to attack Mortal. While that's going on, the other one scuttles away & starts flapping its lid, charging a glyph above itself.*

*Luna steps back after he does this.*

Sab casts a Juk Rom on the other Mimic, while Mortal continues attacking the first one.

Noct does a little fist pump, and continues on her way.

"Do you intend to continue?" Hector asked, smiling. "Or shall we do something Zalera can join in on?"

*Monudon charges at the first shark, jabbing at the central eye*

*Blake moves out of the way and continues hacking away at it.*

Kelphy: <Okay, can I have your member address?>

"I thought you had it already?" Alto sighs and sends Kelphy his member address.

"Oh, no problem then I can I do it" Seraph adds Hokuto to his party.

Kelphy: <I didn't. Thank you. Let me just check the forums for the keywords...>

*She stands quiet for a few seconds, before smiling.*

Kelphy: <Okay. I have them.>

"Let's head out then"

*While he's doing this, the other shark circles around to his back.*

*On her way to the exit, Noctis notices a second chest in the corner.*

*With Mortal & Euryale both hacking at it, plus a Rue Kruz from Thiera, the first Mimic is almost out of HP. The second one opens its lid, making a ticking noise & shooting bolts of electrically charged gas at Mortal.*

Luna: Do what you want. I'm going to finish exploring this jungle, & then log out.

Zalera: But we haven't visited the dungeon yet.

Luna: It's getting too late for that. Perhaps I'll return to this field later.

Zalera: Sorry.

Luna: Do not worry. The fault lies with this fool.

*She points her spear at Hector.*

*Monudon swiftly turns and jabs*

Noct tires her luck again.

Mortal furrows her brow and goes over to take out the mimic that attacked her. Sab also uses a Juk Rom on it.

*Noctis has obtained a scroll of The Hanged Man.*

*While he's doing that, the other shark bites him from behind.*

*Mortal cannot do that, on account of the fact that she is under the affects of paralysis. Euryale finishes off the Mimic that she & Mortal had been attacking & runs off to attack the other one. Thiera uses Rue Rom on it.*

"...Lies," Hector said. "I should never have saved you from that first Wyrm."

*Monudon turns and jabs at that one.*

Monudon:[This isn't working.]

*Monudon runs forward then turns around, so both sharks are in his sights*

Noct gives another little fist pump, and continues on her way.

Sab uses a Rip Teyn on Mortal, who then goes off and slashes at the Mimic.

*The next room is a big, open square with a Magic Portal in the center. The Portal opens, spewing out another giant crab.*

*One just swims towards him, while the other swims around. Again.*

Luna: Whatever. We've opened all of the Magic Portals, so I've no further need of you.

*Luna removes herself from the party & turns to Zalera.*

Luna: I have no opinion on you. Tell your brother, "Thank you" for me.

Zalera: Uhh...yeah, sure.

*She runs off for the left path.*

*The Mimic is gang-stabbed to death in short order. When it dies, the monster parts turn gray & fade away, leaving only the treasure chest part.*

Mortal takes it again.

Noct does her quadruple slash again, this time ending with a small flurry of airborne kicks.

*Monudon focuses on the one coming towards him, jabbing twice at the eye*

*Noctis's attack must have gone up, because the crab is almost at half health. It swings a claw at her.*

*The one Monudon is attacking points its nose upward & begins shaking around, charging a glyph over its head. The other one simply rams him in the back.*

Monudon:[Great.]

*Monudon tries to run out of range*

Monudon:[ I need to take out a shark. I can't fight two at once.]

Her level doesn't even seem to phase Seraph since he's someone who plays the game for fun. "Where do you want to go?" he asks her.

Noct deflects, then uses the same attack.
