*This room contains a skeleton & a stalactite. There is a northern & an eastern exit.*

Noct checks the skeleton, making sure to stay away from the stalactite, lest it fall on her. After the skeleton she takes the northern exit, once again avoiding the stalactite.

Monudon:<They must be really strong. Isn't the other type of special grunty poison?>

*This is a t-shaped room with 2 additional exits & a Magic Portal. The Magic Portal spews out a Risky Treasure.*

*He suddenly rears up on his hind legs & kicks in the air.*

Noct takes the treasure.

Monudon:<Sure, sure! Well, I go to go. Bye Sal!>

*Monudon waves and then takes off in the direction of the magic portal*

*A black explosion emerges from the lid, along with a laughing skull. When it fades, Noctis's character jerks back, grunts, & if she's using a plug-in controller, it shakes. Her health gauge, now between 10 & 20%, flashes red & the game begins chiming rhythmically.*

*It's a Chaos Gate & it's like midnight.*

"Dammit..." Noct let out a sigh, popped a Recovery Drink, and heads out the left exit.

*Monudon enters Quiet Eternal White Devil into the chaos gate*

Monudon:[Dungeon time!]

*The left exit has an Invisible Egg located nearby. Whether or not Noctis picks it up, the next room is a vaguely U-shaped corridor with a Magic Portal, which flashes, dispensing a Cyclo Shark.*

*The field is quiet & empty, with only the creepy tundra music to keep him company.*

Noct takes the Egg, then does her quadruple slash on the shark.

*Monudon takes off in the direction of the dungeon*

*The shark bites her, causing her HP to drop from 75% to 60%.*

*Monudon does not encounter any Magic Portals or Grunty Food on his way to the dungeon, keeping the atmosphere eerily quiet.*

Noct drops to a double slash to conserve SP.

*That doesn't take SP for Twin Blades. The Cyclo Shark dies.*

ERGO CONSERVATION OF SP!

Noct give a little fist pump, and continues through the exit.

*That leads to a dead end. But, as a consolation(?) it's full of skeletons, with a treasure chest in the center.*

Noct smiled, and gave a little fist pump at finding a mini-jackpot. She then goes about checking all that shit.

*3 Restoratives, 2 Antidotes, & another Permafrost.*

"Fuck yea," Noct said, giving a lil fist pump, exiting the room, and taking the exit she didn't take in the previous room.

*This leads to another vaguely u-shaped room with a Magic Portal. This time, the Magic Portal releases a stone orb floating above 2 pillars like legs. The whole creature appears to be made of stone, with guilding used to make a single "eye" on the body.*
