Salamon growls. Hitomi doesn't look too thrilled either.

Taiyo: "Should all of us be here?"

*Lunamon looks kind of pissed*

Lunamon:<If you're allergic to digimon, why did you have us come in here?>

Kurata<I assumed you wanted my help. If not, I guess you're free to leave.>

*He starts walking back to his table, shrugging.*

E"No, no, I really do need a new D-Power! What can I do to help?"

*Kurata picks up a long syringe, flicking it a couple of times.*

Kurata<Well, for starters, we need a sample.>

Lunamon:<I just meant us digimon, but whatever.>

Taiyo: "Don't you just need Euryale?"

Kurata<Oh, well, sure. If you want to just leave her alone, that is. With no support.>

A<Ow!>

*He had jabbed Agumon in the arm, & set to work drawing a red, electrified plasma from him. Naturally, he sneezes in his face during this process.*

Kurata<It really is a difficult allergy. But it's all a small price to pay for restoring your partner's D-Power, correct?>

*Agumon takes several steps back.*

A<...Sure.>

Taiyo: "Wouldn't it be easier if you weren't always sneezing?"

Why the guilt trip?

Lunamon:<Whatever.>

Yamaki<There is a reason that you were all brought here. An information trade. We have reason to believe that the Digimon you've encountered have told you something about why they've been Bio-Emerging. You tell us that, & we'll tell you what we know about the situation.>

*Meanwhile, Kurata injects the sample into a kind of small glass tube, & sets to work connecting it to a chip & installing it into a half-built D-Power frame.*

Kylie:<A digimon said we were destroying the Digital World, and it kinda sounded like he wanted vengeance.>

Lunamon:<And a digimon village got destroyed, and the digimon who lived there accidentally biomerged while fleeing whatever did it.>

Taiyo: "It said it was coming here until we stopped it."

Kurata<The terminology is bio-emerge. Biomerge means something else entirely.>

*He adjusts his glasses.*

Yamaki<Preposterous. Since we lost the Ark in the fight against the D-Reaper, Hypnos hasn't tested any method of transportation to the Digital World until a few days ago. And I happen to know that none of the programmers who developed Hypnos's technology have been in contact with any other nation's government. We are a one-of-a-kind organization, no one else in the world can do the things that we do.>

Salamon: "What if it's an inside kind of thing?"

Lunamon:<Or you could be lying to us. Who else but Hypnos could be attacking the digital world?>

Kylie:<Please excuse Lunamon!>

*Kylie pitches Lunamon's arm*

Yamaki<It is the case that several of Professor Kurata's D-Power prototypes were recently stolen & unlawfully distributed through the populace. We know who the original dealer was, but not how he infiltrated our security. Unfortunately, he seems to have mysteriously vanished. Perhaps it was the case that he got them from someone inside the organization, and has now been silenced.>

*He withdraws the lighter & begins clicking it again.*

Yamaki<We have no alternative. Professor, after you're done here, I want you to get back to working on that Digital Gate that you proposed. We need to organize an expedition to the Digital World, to investigate these claims.>

Lunamon:<(Should have invested in better security.)>

Kylie:<What will you do once you're there? Without digimon of your own...>

Salamon: "Oh, I bet you'll be welcomed as saviors and not seen as conqourers, nope not at all."

Yamaki<We just need to mount an exploration, see if we can figure out what the problem is. But our mission is none of your concern.>

T"Right, but our conversations are yours."

Yamaki<In case you haven't noticed, the rogue Tamers are a serious emergency. Even more so if they've somehow found their way to the Digital World.>

T"I thought you said that was impossible."

Yamaki<For humans, yes. But Digimon frequently find ways across the boundary between worlds.>

Taiyo: "And they can find a way back?"

Lunamon:<Why would we want to go back to the Digital World? Sure, it might be cool for a little while, but it'd be too hard to take our tamers for it to be worth it.>

Yamaki<Presumably because there are more Digimon to fight & load the data of there. Or perhaps the Tamers have their own objective for going. The only way to find out is to send a team to the Digital World.>

*Kurata is putting the finishing touches on the D-Power, screwing the plastic components in place & attaching the strap.*

Kylie:<I've never really understood why you'd go looking for fights.>

Lunamon:<I guess they think it's all just a game.>

Salamon: "At least there's no one there to rip your hair out on a whim."

Kurata<It could be worse. If you weren't so short, my allergies would have triggered, & I might have sneezed on you.>

*He gets up & walks over to Euryale, holding out the D-Power.*

Kurata<There you are. Try not to break this one.>

Salamon growls, angrier about her height being commented on than her fur being plucked out.
