Old Ones Return

Lunamon:<There's nothing wrong with being short.It's probably better to be in the human world, easier to hide.>

*Lunamon glares at Kurata*

*Euryale takes the D-Power.*

Kurata<I assure you, I meant no offense. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must go work on that gate.>

*He strides out of the room.*

Yamaki<And now that you've got the new D-Power, I'll escort you out of the building.>

*Euryale stares at the D-Power in her hand.*

E"Does this one have a microphone in it too?"

Yamaki<Yes, of course.>

Salamon: "Trust sure isn't important."

Kylie:<Nether is the law apparently. There's no way this is legal.>

*Lunamon tries to high five Kylie, but she doesn't accept it*

Yamaki<Yes, it is. We showed you the documents. Follow me.>

*Yamaki exits the office & begins heading back for the elevator.*

Kylie:<Don't you have to get warrants for us individually?>

*Kylie follows, holding Lunamon*

The four follow.

Yamaki<No.>

*Once in the elevator, he pushes the button to return them to the parking deck.*

*Kylie remains silent, and Lunamon stares at the door*

Salamon: "So why should we help you when no one trusts the other?"

Yamaki<No one is asking for your help. You are being told to stay out of our way.>

*The elevator doors open up on the still-darkened parking deck.*

Kylie:<You act like we go looking for fights.>

Salamon: "Seems more like you're getting in our way."

Yamaki<If you feel that way, we can always take the D-Power back.>

*Euryale clamps a hand over Salamon's mouth, using the other to guard her D-Power to her chest.*

E"Of course we don't!"

*Lunamon appears ready to jump on the guy but Kylie holds her tightly*

Kylie:<We appreciate your help with fixing Euryale's d-power.>

Salamon grumbles and groans until Hitomi pulls her away from Euryale.

Salamon: "Your palm is sweaty."

Yamaki<If you get into the vans, the drivers will take you back to your homes, to avoid looking suspicious.>

Kylie:<Won't showing up at home in a strange van be suspicious?>

Taiyo: "How do I explain to my parents I was dropped off at home by a strange government van?"

<Just don't let them see you.>

Salamon: "Hard to not notice a big black van."

Kylie:<You could drop us near our home, so our parents don't see.>

<Sure. Now get out of the elevator.>

*Annoyed, Yamaki pushes the "door open" button just as they start to close.*

*Kylie gets out of the elevator*

The two and their partners exit the elevator.
